Policy Details
- You must report any concerns within 24 hours after the service is completed.
- If a final walkthrough was performed and approved by the customer before our team left the job site, this policy no longer applies.
- Issues reported after 24 hours, or after an approved walkthrough, will not be eligible for return or reservice.
- If the concern is valid, we will return to correct or redo the affected area at no additional cost.
