If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, call us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right at no extra cost. We take pride in our work, and any valid concerns reported within that timeframe will be corrected free of charge.
Please note: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Payments are due upon completion of service. Deposits secure your appointment, reserve our team and resources, and cannot be applied to a different service.
To maintain the integrity of our guarantee: the homeowner or the person responsible for payment must be present to approve the final walkthrough. If the walkthrough is not approved in person, the guarantee will no longer apply. Likewise, issues reported after 24 hours or following an approved walkthrough are not eligible for free re-service.
