Flat pricing, no visit minimum, and a newer two-story with an upstairs laundry costs the same as anything else. Serving 85142 and the communities around it.

A vent nobody has looked at. Most of the housing here went up in the last twenty years, and the usual assumption is that a newer house has a clean vent. It usually does not. Newer homes are bigger, often two stories, with the laundry upstairs or in the middle of the house, so the run to the outside is long.
Roof exits at the same rate. A lot of those runs end at a roof cap that homeowners never see. That is where we find bird nests and covers stuck open or shut, and getting up there is part of the $129, not an extra.
Dust from outside, lint from inside. Active construction, open lots, and the farmland around town put fine dust in the air. It works into the vent cover from outside while lint packs in from the dryer side, and the two together build up faster than lint alone.
The cleaning itself: rotary brush rods through the full run, the loosened lint pulled out rather than pushed further along, the cap cleared, and the dryer set back in place with both hose connections checked for gaps.
Flat rate. These are already our lowest numbers, so the 15% online discount does not apply here.
Price it in about a minute in the quote tool, or see the dryer vent cleaning in Queen Creek page for how the job is done.

In a newer home the hose is often still in decent shape, and if it is, it goes back on and costs nothing. When it has been crushed from the dryer being shoved against the wall, or it is torn, we do not reinstall it. You choose whether to upgrade to semi-rigid aluminum, which takes the job from $129 to $228.
What that money buys is the installation. The dryer sits at a distance that keeps the line from crushing, the run stays short with no low point for lint to collect, and both ends get sealed and clamped. If a connection we made comes loose, we come back and fix it free.

Yes. Newer homes here tend to have long runs from an upstairs or central laundry, and construction dust from outside adds to the lint packing in from inside. The age of the house does not keep the line clear.
No. Roof terminations are included at the same price. On tall condo and townhome buildings we clean the full run from inside instead of going up.

Queen Creek is one of the areas we are in most often out of Chandler, which usually means we can get you on the schedule quickly.
About every 10 months for a typical household, and sooner with a large family or heavy laundry volume. If a load now takes two cycles to dry, that is the sign not to wait.
