Trusted Local Service Partners

Why We Partner With Local Businesses

Choosing a home service company is about more than price. It is about trusting someone inside your home and knowing the work will be completed properly. We connect homeowners with businesses that value honesty, reliability, and excellent customer experiences.

Every company we recommend shares our goal of providing homeowners with a better service experience from start to finish.

We are always interested in connecting with established Valley businesses that serve homeowners and share our commitment to excellent customer service.

If your company provides professional home services and believes in doing quality work, we would love to connect and explore ways we can support each other.

Who We Refer Out To, and Why

There are jobs we do not take, and saying so up front saves everyone time. When a job lands outside what we do, we point you at the kind of company that handles it rather than taking the work and hoping.

• Water behind tile, or damage from a leak. Chalky powder in the grout, grout that stays dark, hollow-sounding tiles, or a musty smell means the waterproofing behind the wall failed. That is a licensed contractor's job, not a cleaning job.
• Full regrouts and tile replacement. We repair cracked and missing grout in showers, floors, and backsplashes. Removing and replacing all the grout in a room, or setting new tile, goes to a tile contractor.
• Shower glass restoration. We clean the tile, stone, and grout around it, not the glass.
• Water damage restoration. Flooded carpet with structural drying, moisture readings, and an insurance claim behind it is a different trade with different equipment.
• Biohazard and trauma cleanup. Blood, sewage, and anything regulated goes to a licensed contractor that handles remediation.
• Roof work and repairs. We soft wash exteriors. We do not repair roofs or replace tile.

If you are not sure which side of the line your job falls on, call (480) 389-8415 and describe it. A two-minute conversation usually settles it, and it costs you nothing either way.
