💧 Pipe Burst? Water on the Floor?

Call us. We can often come out the same day, and every hour it sits, it spreads further into the pad and under the baseboards.

Wet carpet and tile across the Phoenix Metro. We pull the water out fast and tell you straight what else you need.

Same day when we can, and a straight answer on the phone before anybody drives out.

💧 Call Us First

Water spreads by the hour. Call rather than text. Texts are great for quotes, but a text can sit unread while we are on a job.

We can often come out the same day when the schedule allows. You get a real time on the phone, not a window we invented, and if we cannot get to you today we say so instead of letting you wait.

$700 minimum on residential calls, $1,350 on commercial, plus a $200 rush fee when we fit you in the same day. That is what makes it possible to pull off a scheduled route, and you hear the numbers on the phone before anybody drives anywhere.

Most single-room calls land between $900 and $1,500 once the work is done. Larger losses across multiple rooms run higher depending on square footage and how long the water sat. Nobody gets a surprise on the invoice.

We serve the whole Phoenix metro for water extraction: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Glendale, and the surrounding cities.

What We Do

Common Calls

Burst pipe, supply line under a sink, water heater let go, overflowed tub or washing machine, AC drain pan, fridge line, slab leak somebody just found. If you can see the water and it came from clean supply water, call us.

What Your Neighbors Are Saying

Why Call Us Before a Restoration Company

For a small clean-water loss, calling a cleaner first usually saves people money and hassle. Here is the honest reasoning.

When a restoration company really is the right call: water in the walls, a large or long-sitting loss, sewage, mold, or a claim you are already filing. In those cases you want documented drying logs and a contractor who does this every day. Say so on the phone and we will point you there instead of taking your money.

What We Are Not

This is the honest part, and it matters more here than anywhere else on this site.

We do not leave drying equipment on site. This is a single visit: we come out, pull the water out fast, and leave. We do not set dehumidifiers and air movers for days, take daily moisture readings, or bill a drying plan, because that is restoration work.

We are a cleaning company, not a restoration contractor. We do not do mold remediation, sewage or Category 3 water, structural drying, tear-out, moisture mapping for an insurance file, or claim billing. We are not going to pretend otherwise to keep a job.

Call a mitigation company instead if: the water has been sitting more than a day or two, it got into walls or baseboards, it came from a toilet, a sewer line, or outside flooding, or you are filing an insurance claim that needs documented drying logs.

No guarantees on damage that happened before we got there. Delamination, buckling, swollen baseboards, ruined pad, stained or cupped wood, or anything that was already wrecked when we walked in is damage, not soil. We will tell you what we see and what we think is salvageable, and we would rather be straight with you in the first five minutes than take your money for a job that cannot win.

⚠️ Do These Things Right Now, Before We Get There

Water Extraction FAQs

Please reach us at (480) 389-8415 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Can you come out the same day?

Often, when the schedule allows. Call and we will tell you on the phone when we can be there. Call rather than text, because a text can sit while we are on a job and water does not wait.

What does it cost?

There is a $700 minimum on residential calls, $1,350 on commercial, plus a $200 rush fee when we fit you in the same day. Most single-room calls land between $900 and $1,500 once the work is done, and larger losses run higher depending on square footage, how long the water sat. You hear the numbers on the phone before anybody drives anywhere.

What do you actually do?

We extract standing water out of carpet and off tile and pull water from the pad where we can reach it, in one visit. Then we tell you honestly what we are looking at, including when you need somebody we are not.

Do you do mold remediation or insurance claims?

No. We are a cleaning company, not a restoration contractor. We do not do mold remediation, sewage cleanup, structural drying, tear-out, or insurance claim billing. If that is what your situation needs, we will say so and you should call a mitigation company instead.

Can you save my carpet?

Sometimes, and it depends mostly on how long it sat and what the water was. Clean water caught within a day is usually fine. Water that sat for days, or came from a toilet or a sewer line, is a different situation and often the carpet and pad have to go. We do not guarantee anything that was already damaged before we arrived.

What about the pad underneath?

We pull what water we can reach through the carpet, and that helps. It is not the same as lifting the carpet and replacing the pad, which is restoration work. On a small clean-water spill, fast extraction is often enough. On a large soak, they are not, and we will tell you that rather than charging you for a job that cannot win.

Is this sewage or a toilet overflow?

Then we are not your call. Contaminated water needs containment, disposal, and protective equipment we are not set up for. Call a restoration company, and call your insurance.
