For a small clean-water loss, starting with a cleaner usually costs less. Our work is about saving the carpet you already have. A single-room job often comes in under a typical insurance deductible, and a filed claim cannot be taken back.

Water that has only been sitting a short while gives us the most to work with, while carpet that has stayed soaked for days usually cannot be saved, and we will tell you which one you have.

Residential calls start at $700 and commercial at $1,350. Same-day service adds a $200 rush fee. Most one-room jobs end up between $900 and $1,500.
No. We come once, pull the water out, and leave. Multi-day drying setups and daily moisture readings are mitigation work.
No. Sewer backups, Category 3 water, remediation, structural drying, tear-out, and claim billing all belong to a mitigation company.
Hear our price first. For a one-room leak, our bill is often lower than the deductible, and once a claim is filed it cannot be withdrawn.
If you can, move rugs, books, and anything with wooden legs off the wet carpet, so dyes and finishes do not transfer into it.
