We work in Surprise all the time, Sun City Grand included.
Pfaff Cleaning Co. cleans carpet, recliners, and air ducts in Sun City Grand, the Del Webb 55+ community in Surprise where more than 9,800 homes went up between 1996 and 2005.
Surprise, AZ. A locally owned Arizona company.
✓ Surprise visits have a $750 minimum, counted once for the whole visit rather than per service.
Each chair is cleaned by its fabric code, low-moisture for delicate weaves and hot water extraction for sturdy ones. Outdoor cushions can ride along on the same visit. Body oils on the arms get a pre-treatment that sits for a few minutes before any rinsing.
An orbital scrub works the prespray into the pile before the rinse, which is what lifts the gray lanes between the bed, the closet, and the hall. Coffee and tea spots get a dedicated treatment at no extra charge.
Cleaning the supply vents and returns once you are back keeps the first hard run of the AC from blowing a season of settled dust across the house. It pairs well with carpet on the same day, so fresh carpet is not catching the next round of dust.
Spots we treated that come back within 14 days get re-treated at no charge.
