Price it yourselfSurprise exteriors are mostly stucco and painted block, with concrete driveways out front and patios out back. Each of those needs a different approach, and the stucco is the one that suffers when someone arrives with a single setting.
We are a locally owned Arizona company. The main pressure washing page has the full method and where else we work.
Driveways and house washing are 15% off online. Concrete and pavers are not discounted. No tax, no hidden fees.

📋 Estimated price is based on the details provided. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. If a visit minimum applies, it shows above your total, and it counts once for the whole visit, not per service, so combining services or adding optional add-ons is how most people clear it.

Stucco, painted block, tile roofs, and natural stone always get a soft wash: low pressure, with the cleaning solution doing the heavy lifting. Blasting those materials causes more harm than the grime ever could.
A lot of the exterior damage we are asked to look at was caused by pressure itself. Pitted stucco, paint peeled off in stripes, mortar cut out of joints, wood left fuzzy. Each one came from treating a pressure washer as the entire method.
What you pay us for is judgment about which surface wants force and which wants chemistry. On a house, the cleaner does the work and the water only rinses. On concrete, a surface cleaner gives an even finish instead of stripes that never go away.
Exterior jobs from around the Valley.

Driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, pavers, block walls, fences, stucco exteriors, and tile roofs. Pressure washing or soft washing, picked by the surface in front of us rather than by habit.
Dust, dirt, algae, and general weathering come off reliably. Rust, oil that has soaked deep, fertilizer stains, and some discoloration may not fully disappear no matter the method. You hear which kind you have at the inspection, not on the invoice.
For most people the two terms mean the same thing, and we treat them that way. What actually matters is the setting used on each surface.

Surprise borders farm fields and open desert to the west and north, and new phases keep going up along Loop 303. Dust lands on driveways, walls, and patios nearly every day. Then the monsoon arrives, rain hits that dust, and it dries as brown streaks down stucco and block. By October a lot of exteriors are still wearing the entire summer.
Sprinklers add their own mark. Surprise water is hard, and every irrigation cycle that mists a wall or a paver patio leaves a faint white ring that builds up over time. Driveways collect tire marks and oil drips from daily use, and paver patios and pool decks in the family neighborhoods show stains faster than plain concrete.
Many Surprise neighborhoods have an HOA, and exterior upkeep is part of the deal. A washed driveway, front walk, and garden wall go a long way toward keeping the letters away, and they are quick to add to one visit.
Force where concrete can take it. A soft wash where stucco cannot.

Not with high pressure. It pits the surface, strips texture, and drives water behind the finish, so stucco gets a soft wash.
Most oil and tire marks fade a lot. Oil that has sunk deep into the concrete may not clear completely, and we tell you which spots are likely to stay.
Yes, by soft wash only. Roof tile cracks and chips under force, so the solution does the cleaning and the rinse stays gentle.
Once a year suits most homes. If you back up to a field, a build site, or have shaded spots that grow algae, more often makes sense.
Late September through October, after monsoon season has finished streaking the walls, so the clean result lasts into winter.
Yes, with optional resanding and sealing. See paver cleaning and sealing for details.
