We use hot water extraction with orbital agitation for most jobs. The orbital head works solution into the fiber before extraction, which pulls more soil out and cuts dry time significantly compared to extraction alone.
We'll also tell you what won't come out. Heavily soiled traffic lanes that have worn down, permanent staining, bleach spots, and pet urine that's reached the pad are past what surface cleaning recovers. Cleaning improves them. Our Carpet Cleaning Process
Inspection. We walk the rooms with you, check fiber type and soil level, look at the stains you're concerned about, and tell you what to expect.
Pre-treatment. Solution matched to the fiber and the soil. Pet areas and grease spots get pre-treated separately, not just sprayed over with the rest of the room.
Agitation. Orbital agitation works the solution down into the fiber instead of leaving it sitting on top. This is the step most cheap cleanings skip, and it's the difference between the surface looking better and the carpet actually being cleaner.
Hot water extraction. Soil and solution both come out. Proper rinsing matters as much as the cleaning, because residue left behind is what makes carpet re-soil fast.
Final walkthrough. We look at it together before we pack up.
What to Expect on Cleaning Day
Most appointments run one to three hours depending on square footage and carpet condition.
We move light furniture as part of the service on request. Appliances, heavy or oversized pieces, and anything with breakables on or inside it stay put, and we clean right up to and around them.
Carpet is typically dry to the touch in a few hours. Airflow helps, so run the AC or a ceiling fan. Full dry time depends on humidity, airflow, and how soiled the carpet was.

Nylon, polyester, triexta, olefin, berber, plush, frieze, cut pile, and loop pile.
Fiber matters more than people expect. Olefin releases soil easily but wicks stains back up as it dries, so it needs different extraction. Wool-blend berber browns if it's over-wet. Nylon takes heat well and cleans up better than almost anything else.
