Price follows time on the floor. A very cheap room price only covers a quick wet pass. The carpet looks brighter for a few days, then the walking paths go gray again and old spots creep back up from the backing as it dries.
At $55.25 a room online, $65 regular, the prespray gets time to loosen the soil, the agitator works it free, and we make enough extraction passes to lift both the water and the dirt out of the pad. Edge to edge, not only the path through the middle.

Moving air does the rest: switch the thermostat fan to ON, run the ceiling fans, and crack a window when the weather cooperates. Air movers can be requested at booking, though they are not part of a standard visit.

We rinse spots out instead of masking them, so a return is rare. Should one reappear within 14 days, pet spots included, we drive back to Peoria and treat it free.

Lots of newer homes in Vistancia, Westwing Mountain, and Terramar were finished with light-colored builder carpet. The pile is thin, so walking paths appear within a couple of years. Carpet that young bounces back well, and a coat of protectant afterward helps it last. Area rugs can be cleaned inside the home during the same visit.
