“Blake and Marisa did a great job matching the grout in my new room to my existing grout! Super happy. Will definitely use again!”
“We've been in our house 8 years and the tile now looks like it did on day one!”
“Excellent tile cleaning and grout color sealing! Always quick to respond and communicate, I love that they are ON TIME and dependable!”
The joints are the work, so the length of grout line sets the price. A 12x12 or larger tile lands near the bottom of the range. A 6x18 plank or a mosaic carries roughly twice the grout line per foot, so those floors get priced from a picture rather than by the foot. Furniture moving is available on request and is covered inside the range. The top of the range is the most you pay unless the scope changes on site and you sign off first.
Grout we have recolored and cleaned in homes around the Valley.

Homeowners use a handful of names for this, and they really only point to two services. Grout recoloring, grout staining, color restoration, and color sealing all describe one job: a tinted sealer worked into each joint by hand, leaving one solid color that is sealed in the same step.
Plain grout sealing, grout protection, or grout maintenance almost always means a clear coat. That is a smaller, less expensive job. It protects whatever color your grout is right now and slows down the next spill, but a joint that is already stained stays stained under it.
So the real question is dirty versus stained. Dirt lifts with a good cleaning and a clear coat keeps it that way. A true stain is in the grout itself, and no amount of scrubbing reverses it, which is where color comes in. We tell you which you have before you spend money on either.
Callers often quote us the size of the whole house, say 2,800 square feet. The tiled part, kitchen, entry, halls, and baths, is usually a good deal smaller once a tape goes across it. Measure those rooms yourself, add them up, and you will know your real number before you ever talk to a contractor.

The deep cleaning, the color match, and the tinted seal worked into every joint. The color hides stains that cleaning could not lift, smooths out patchy grout, and closes the surface so a spill sits on top long enough to wipe up.
It is the one job where a room looks different when we leave, not only cleaner. The tile seems newer once the joints between it match, and most people are caught off guard by their own floor.
Skip the store kit. Those kits usually fail for one reason: the grout underneath was never properly cleaned. Laid over leftover soap, soil, or an old clear sealer, the color peels in the walkways within a few months, and stripping a failed job costs more than doing it right the first time.
If you searched for grout renewal or grout restoration in Peoria, you landed on the right service under a different label.
On a floor in normal use, color sealing lasts for years, and we guarantee it for one year against peeling, flaking, or lifting. That coverage does not extend to ordinary wear in walkways, harsh acidic or abrasive cleaners, steam mop damage, or new cracks in the grout. Showers are not guaranteed.
Week one matters most. You can walk on it the same day, but it keeps curing for 7 days. That week, wear socks or house shoes only and do not wash the floor, though a dry sweep or dust mop is fine. After that the floor is tougher than before, since spills no longer soak in. Wipe them when they happen, never flood the floor, and do not scrub the joints hard.
No steam mops, ever. The heat and moisture break the bond in the joint. For routine cleaning we use a neutral pH floor cleaner, Zep, with an H2O Pro flat mop and clean pads. A string mop only spreads dirty water back into the joints.
It is not paint, and nothing coats the tile face. It also does not rebuild grout that is cracked, crumbling, or missing. That needs grout repair first, and we will point it out if we see it.
Showers can be color sealed too, they just fall outside the guarantee.
Builders across Vistancia, Westwing Mountain, and the newer parts of north Peoria tend to lay pale sanded grout and hand over the keys without sealing it. In an open kitchen and great room that is hundreds of feet of joints soaking up dust from the Loop 303 construction and every dropped drink.
Farther south, in Fletcher Heights, Sunrise Mountain, and Westbrook Village, the tile has often been down for twenty or thirty years. Those floors have lived through so many different mops and cleaners that the grout looks like three colors at once, and only a new color brings them back to one.
Most Peoria jobs start in the lane between the garage door and the kitchen sink, where the joints go darkest first, then move outward to the dining area and the baths.

$2.50 to $3.25 a square foot on tile, deep cleaning included. Natural stone is $2.75 a square foot, since stone grout needs extra prep and a different product. There is no online discount on color sealing.
We order your color for your job once it is matched in person, so 25% is collected at the color match visit to cover the material.
Most of the time, yes. We match under your lighting instead of from a chart. You can also change the color entirely from 40+ options, with unusual shades like blues and pinks on request.
No. Only the joints take color, the tile face is left alone, and the seal goes in at the same time.
Years on a floor. Showers are not guaranteed, because water, soap, and ventilation are beyond our control, so a shorter life there does not mean the work was done wrong.
Not until it is fixed. Grout repair is priced by how many areas need it and happens before any color goes on.
Bigger tile means fewer joints in each square foot. A 12x12 or larger sits near $2.50, while 6x18 plank, mosaic, and other small formats are priced from a photo.
