Because we flush spots out rather than surface treat them, they rarely return. If one shows up again within 14 days, pet spots included, we come back and fix it free.
A stain only gets called permanent after more than one chemistry has failed on it. Dye loss, bleach, and sun fade change the fiber itself, so cleaning cannot undo them.
Sofas, chairs, and tables can be moved on request. We do not move beds, bed frames, pianos, oversized sectionals, or anything with breakables on or inside it.
