Gilbert homes have a lot of pets and a lot of kids, and both end up on the furniture. These are the per-piece prices, plus what pet treatment adds when you need it.

Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
In Gilbert the add-on people ask about most is pet treatment. It is priced per piece by size and by how many accidents there are, and it stays a separate line from the cleaning, along with protectant, deodorizer, sanitizing, and leather conditioning.
Power Ranch sectional with a dog in the house. $297.50 online for the cleaning, plus $110 for pet treatment on a sectional with odor and dander but no accidents. $407.50 total.
Morrison Ranch sofa and loveseat, one accident on the sofa. $229.50 online for the pair, plus $110 to treat the one spot on the sofa, so $339.50.
Seville family room: sectional and six dining chairs. $374 online, $440 regular. Kitchen chairs take the snacks and the sectional takes everything else, so they usually get done together.
Agritopia sofa, four throw pillows, and an ottoman. $216.75 online, $255 regular.
A sleeper sofa in an upstairs loft. $178.50 online, $210 regular. It clears the $150 minimum by itself, and the stairs do not add anything.
Size. A three-cushion sofa is the $127.50 number. A longer sofa, a chaise section, or a deep-seat lounger costs more because there is more fabric to work, and the quote tool lists each one.
Pets. Hair is included. Urine is not a cleaning problem, it is a treatment problem, so it is priced as its own line once we know how many spots there are and whether they reached the cushion.
Condition. A Val Vista Lakes sofa cleaned last year and a Power Ranch sectional that has carried three kids and a dog for five years without a cleaning take different amounts of time, even at the same size.
What does not change the price: dog and cat hair, crumbs between the cushions, normal body soil, or furniture sitting in an upstairs loft. Those are the job, not extras.
Pet hair, dander, body oil along the arms, juice and food spots, and general soil come out. Pet odor usually comes out too when the accident stayed near the surface and was not repeated in the same spot.
The limits: repeat accidents that soaked into the foam are the exception. Water can wake up old pet odor, so a cushion like that needs the enzyme treatment before cleaning, and we tell you which situation you have before you pay for anything.
Marker, dye transfer from a blanket, and fabric that a pet has scratched or chewed are not soil. Cleaning makes those pieces cleaner but not undamaged, and we say so up front.
