Patio and outdoor furniture runs slightly higher than the same piece indoors. Leather conditioning, fabric protectant, deodorizer, sanitizing, and pet treatment are priced per piece and kept separate, so you can see what the cleaning costs and decide on the rest yourself.
Sofa and loveseat, the most common call. $229.50 online, $270 regular. That is a living room set done in one stop.
Sectional on its own. $297.50 online, $350 regular. Most sectionals in the Valley are the L-shape with a chaise, and that is the price.
Six dining chairs. $76.50 online, but the $150 minimum applies in our core cities, so it is a $150 stop. Worth adding a sofa or the ottoman to it rather than paying the minimum for chairs alone.
Sofa, two lounge chairs, and an ottoman. $225.25 online, $265 regular.
Patio set, four chairs and a loveseat. Call for the number. Outdoor prices depend on how long the cushions have been out there and whether the fabric is solution-dyed.
Size. A three-cushion sofa and a nine-foot sofa with a chaise are not the same piece of work. The first is the $127.50 number. The second is more, and we say so when we see it.
Fabric. Most upholstery cleans with water-based extraction. Some fabrics are solvent-only, and a few will water-stain if you look at them wrong. We check the tag before anything touches it, and an S-coded fabric costs more because the process is different.
Condition. A sofa that gets cleaned every year and a sofa that has never been cleaned in eleven years take different amounts of time in the same square footage.
What does not change the price: pet hair, normal body soil, stairs to your apartment, or moving the piece to work around it. Those are part of the job.
Body oil in the headrest and arms, general soil, most food and drink spots, and odor from normal use all come out. So does pet hair, and most pet odor where the urine did not soak into the foam.
What does not come out: dye transfer from denim or a throw blanket, sun fading, ink in most cases, and urine that went all the way through a cushion, which needs the cushion treated rather than the fabric cleaned. We tell you which one you have before you pay for anything.
Fabric that has worn through or pilled is wear rather than soil, and cleaning makes it cleaner rather than newer. We say that on the phone rather than after.

Because you can do the math yourself and decide whether to call. Most companies in the Valley make you book an estimate to find out what a sofa costs, and that visit exists to sell you, not to inform you. Ours are on the page.
Size and condition. A standard three-cushion sofa starts at $127.50. An oversized one with a chaise or heavy pet soil costs more. We tell you the number before we start, not after.
Yes, $150 per visit. Two dining chairs is a $150 stop the same as a sofa is, because the drive and the setup are the same either way. Most people add pieces to reach it rather than pay it for one item.
Yes. Booking through the online quote tool takes 15 percent off, which is why every price here shows the online rate first and the regular rate after it.
Leather cleaning is priced like fabric for the same piece. Conditioning is a separate add-on per piece, and it is the part that actually matters on leather, since cleaning without conditioning leaves the hide dry.
Slightly higher than the same piece indoors. Sun-baked soil and the grit that blows into outdoor cushions take more passes to get out than living room soil does.
No. Pet hair removal is part of the job. Pet urine is different, because that needs treatment rather than cleaning, and we price that separately once we see how far it went into the cushion.
