Maricopa homes are mostly newer builds with plenty of families and dogs in them, from Rancho El Dorado and Glennwilde to Province, the 55+ community. Each piece of furniture has a set price to clean.

Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
Pet treatment is the extra most Maricopa households ask about, starting at $85 on a sofa with dog odor and dander but no accidents. Like deodorizer, protectant, and sanitizing, it is billed apart from the cleaning.

Rancho El Dorado 5-seat sectional, ottoman, and the dog's recliner. $395.25 online. Odor and dander treatment on the sectional ($110) and the recliner ($30) brings it to $535.25.
Province leather sofa and recliners plus a fabric loveseat. $535 online to clean the three leather pieces plus $315 to condition them, and $102 for the loveseat. $952 total.
Glennwilde family room and dining chairs, protected. Sofa, loveseat, and six dining chairs are $306 online. Protectant on all eight pieces adds $219 ($79, $50, and $15 per chair), for $525.
Senita or Tortosa two-story with a loft sleeper. A 5-seat sectional downstairs and a sleeper sofa in the loft, $476 online. Deodorizer on the sectional is $50, so $526.
Homestead backyard set. Patio sofa, two patio lounge chairs, six patio dining chairs, a patio deep-seat lounger, and the umbrella canopy. $504.05 online, $593 regular.
Size. Pricing starts at $127.50 for a standard sofa with three seat cushions. Longer sofas, separate chaise pieces, and sleepers carry their own amounts, all visible in the quote first.
Fabric. Furniture bought for a newer house is usually water-cleanable. Solvent-only pieces, tagged S, go through a different process at a higher price, so every tag is read before anything gets wet.
Field dust. Fine dust from the farmland around town works into the weave and can need extra rinsing before the water runs clear.
What does not change the price: pet hair, everyday family soil, or a staircase between pieces. None of it adds to the per-piece amount.
Field dust, body oil, juice and snack spots, pet hair, and the general dog smell sitting on the surface of the fabric typically come out.
The limits: sun-bleached cushions, color transferred from a blanket or jeans, dried ink, and urine that went down into the foam cannot be cleaned away. Deep urine needs treatment, and we tell you whether that is your situation before you are charged.
Chewed corners, scratched arms, and frayed seams are common with young dogs, and they are damage rather than dirt. Cleaning freshens that fabric but cannot mend it, and we point it out before we start.

A sofa and loveseat set is $229.50 online, and a 5-seat sectional with a large recliner is $357.
Yes. Pet treatment is chosen piece by piece, so only the chair or sofa the dog uses needs it. On a large chair it starts at $30.
Yes, for $51 online. Bar stools and office chairs can go on the same trip too, at $12.75 and $25.50.
On a sofa it is $110 for one accident, $165 for two or three spots, $225 for many stained spots, and $300 for repeat spots soaked into the cushion.
Once a year is a good pace with dogs on the furniture. Homes without pets can usually stretch to two years.
The online rate is for the cleaning. Pet treatment and the other add-ons cost the same however you book.
