Material comes first. The wrong solution on wool causes browning, dye bleed, or fiber damage that cleaning cannot undo, so we identify what you own before anything touches it.
Wool, Persian, oriental, and hand-knotted rugs are normal work for us, cleaned right in your home. The only rug we do not clean is one with viscose in it, even a blend, and we tell you before starting if that is what you have.
Online rates throughout. A rug's square footage is its length times its width.
A fair question if rugs are all you want done. At the online rate it takes about 295 square feet of synthetic, or about 169 square feet of wool.
Below those amounts the minimum is the bill, whatever mix of rugs you have.
Rugs in the 55+ community tend to be wool or hand-knotted pieces on tile that sees light foot traffic. They come in dusty more than stained, and the dry grit removal at the start does a lot of the work. If there are no pets and no smell, a rug like that rarely needs deodorizer or sanitizing, and we will say so rather than add them.

Yes. Anything under 40 square feet is small for the extras, so a 3x8 runner at 24 square feet gets the small price for sanitizing, deodorizer, protectant and pet treatment.
Yes. Every rug is cleaned in your home. On hardwood we roll it up and do the wet work in the garage or on the patio, then bring it back in.
It can. From July through September the humidity can stretch drying past the usual few hours, so keep ceiling fans on and set the thermostat fan to ON.
