Material comes first. The wrong solution on wool causes browning, dye bleed, or fiber damage that cleaning cannot undo, so we identify what you own before anything touches it.
Wool, Persian, oriental, and hand-knotted rugs are normal work for us, cleaned right in your home. The only rug we do not clean is one with viscose in it, even a blend, and we tell you before starting if that is what you have.

A runner is priced like any rug: length times width. Most hallway runners are 2.5 feet wide, so an 8 foot runner is 20 square feet, $34 in synthetic. A 2.5x12 is 30 square feet, $51.
For extras, a 2.5x8 runner counts as a small rug, so sanitizing it is $18 and protectant is $20. Adding the runners down the hall and at the back door to a visit that already has a main rug barely moves the total.
