A lot of Ahwatukee furniture has been in place for fifteen or twenty years and never professionally cleaned. Here is what it costs, and what to expect from a piece that age.

Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
On older Ahwatukee pieces, deodorizer and pet treatment come up more than protectant does. Each add-on, including leather conditioning and sanitizing, is priced per piece and shown apart from the cleaning.
A Lakewood sofa that is twenty years old. $127.50 online, $150 regular. Online that lands under the $150 minimum, so most people add a chair or the pillows rather than pay the minimum for one piece.
Mountain Park Ranch sofa, loveseat, and recliner. $289 online, $340 regular. A full living room that has never been cleaned, done in one stop.
Foothills Club West sectional and two throw pillows. $323 online, $380 regular.
Two large recliners with their ottoman. $157.25 online, $185 regular. The recliners alone would be $119 and fall under the minimum.
An older sofa with one pet accident. $127.50 online for the cleaning plus $110 for treating the one spot, so $237.50.
Age. A sofa that has been in the same spot since the 1990s carries body oil worked deep into the arms and headrests. It is still the same per-piece price, but it takes more time, and the range on your quote covers that.
Size. A standard three-cushion sofa is $127.50. A longer sofa or one with a chaise is priced as a bigger piece, and we tell you before we start.
Fabric. Older upholstery is more likely to carry a solvent-only S code. Those cost more because the process changes. We check the tag, and test a hidden spot if the tag is gone.
What does not change the price: pet hair, ordinary soil, South Mountain dust in the fabric, or pulling a heavy piece away from the wall. Those are part of the job.
Years of body oil, grit blown in off South Mountain, general soil, and most spills come out, and a lot of older furniture looks far better after. Pet hair and surface pet odor come out too.
The limits: on fabric this old, it rarely comes back to new. Worn fabric, fading on the side facing a window, and stains that have set for years are not cleaning problems, and we say so before you pay.
Urine that went through to the foam needs treatment rather than cleaning. We look at the cushion and tell you which one you have before any work starts.

A standard sofa is $127.50 online and $150 regular. A large recliner is $59.50 online and a sectional is $297.50. A $150 minimum applies per visit.
Often, yes. Cleaning recovers a great deal of soil and oil from older fabric. We tell you before we start what is realistic, including when a piece is worn rather than dirty.
The per-piece price is the same. A piece that has never been cleaned takes more time, which is why the quote shows a range.
Sofa, loveseat, and recliner come to $289 online, $340 regular.
The sofa is $127.50 online, so the $150 minimum applies. Adding pillows or a chair is usually the better use of the visit.
Yes. Leather cleaning is priced like fabric for the same piece, and conditioning is $85 on a sofa. Older leather especially needs the conditioning.
Yes. Every Ahwatukee neighborhood uses the same per-piece list.
