A first cleaning on an older line. Most of Ahwatukee was built between the late 1970s and the 1990s, so plenty of vents here have gone a very long time without being brushed out. A heavier line does not raise the price. $129 covers the run whatever we pull out of it.
Desert grit at the cap. Homes against South Mountain sit right next to open desert. That fine grit gets into the exterior vent cover and mixes with lint into a denser buildup than lint alone, so the cover gets cleaned as part of the job.
The transition duct gets looked at. Homes of that era were commonly built with flexible foil transition duct, and some still have the vinyl type that is no longer considered acceptable for dryer venting. We check it as a matter of course, and if it is fine, we say so.
Rotary brush rods run the full line, the lint gets pulled out of the system, and before we leave the dryer is pushed back and positioned so the hose does not kink, with both connections checked for gaps.
Flat rate. These are already our lowest numbers, so the 15% online discount does not apply here.
Price it in about a minute in the quote tool, or see the dryer vent cleaning in Ahwatukee page for how the job is done.

If the duct behind your dryer is intact and the right type, it goes back on for free. If it is the old vinyl kind, crushed against the wall, or torn, we will not reconnect it, because that is where the next blockage starts. The semi-rigid aluminum upgrade takes a basic cleaning from $129 to $228, and you decide.
The labor is in getting it right: the dryer spaced so the line does not crush, a short run without a sag, and a seal and clamp at each end. Any connection we made that loosens later, we come back and fix free.
5.0 on Google since we opened, and the price list is the same in Ahwatukee as it is in Chandler.
A Lakewood single-story with the duct in good shape: $129.
A Mountain Park Ranch home with old foil transition duct: the cleaning plus a new semi-rigid hose, $228.
A Foothills Club West home with vinyl duct and slow dry times even with a clean screen: full service at $327 for the line, the lint trap housing, and the new hose.
What stays the same: how long it has been, how much lint comes out, a second story, or a roof exit.

No. An older line usually holds more lint, but the price is per vent line, not per pound of lint. $129 covers the full run.
We will show you and tell you what replacing it costs. Vinyl is no longer considered acceptable for dryer venting, so we will not reconnect it. The semi-rigid aluminum upgrade takes the job from $129 to $228.
Many Ahwatukee homes sit right against the South Mountain desert, and fine grit gets into the exterior cover and mixes with lint. Cleaning the cover is part of every job.
No. If a run is crushed, disconnected in the wall, or has a bad termination, cleaning will not fix it. We tell you what we found and point you to someone who does that work.
About every 10 months for a typical household, sooner with a large family or heavy laundry volume. On an older line that has never been cleaned, start now rather than waiting for a symptom.
Condos, townhomes, and rentals with a few units are priced per vent at the rates above. Apartments, HOAs, and laundromats are priced per unit: $79 under 50 units, $69 for 50 to 99, $59 at 100 or more, $99 for stacked units, and $65 per machine in a laundromat.
