Flat pricing, no visit minimum, roof runs included. Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, and Sun Lakes.

A flat number with no minimum attached. One vent is a job we will come out for at the price on this page. Most companies either set a minimum that forces you to bundle something or quote low and find the rest once the dryer is pulled out.
Roof runs at the same price. We bring the ladder and the roof equipment. A second story or a roof termination does not change your number, which is not how most of this trade prices it.
The whole line, however it is built. Rotary brush rods run the full length to break the packed lint loose and push it out. Most sidewall vents we clean from both ends, inside at the dryer connection and outside at the cover. Roof exits usually get both ends too. On a straight run where we can see daylight through the vent cover from inside, the exit is already confirmed clear and one side does it.
What does not change is the result. The line comes out clean, the exterior vent gets cleaned, and the exhaust gets confirmed before we leave. We run these every week.
Flat rate. These are already our lowest numbers, so the 15% online discount does not apply here.
Price it in about a minute in the quote tool.
On the tiers that include a hose, the part is the cheap half. What you are paying for is setting the dryer at the right distance so the line does not crush behind it, keeping the run short and straight instead of coiled into a sag, and sealing both connections.
A sagging line collects lint at the low point and packs it there. That is the failure we are preventing, and it is the reason a hose swap done badly is worse than leaving the old one alone.
If a connection on a hose we supplied comes loose, we come back and fix it free.
5.0 on Google since we opened, every job priced this same way.
How much of the system you want done. That is the only variable, and all four tiers are on this page. You pick before we arrive.
More than a few units. A duplex or a small rental is priced per vent at the rates above. Once it is an apartment community, an HOA, or a laundromat, it moves to commercial per-unit pricing, which is lower.
What does not change the price: a roof termination, a second story, a long run, or what we find once the dryer is pulled out.

Flat pricing from $129 to $327 depending on how much of the system you want done. $129 cleans the vent line, $228 adds either the lint trap housing or a new hose, and $327 is everything. No visit minimum, so one vent is a job we will actually come out for.
Because a single vent is a real job at a fair price, not a loss leader we need to pad. Most of our other services carry a $150 minimum in our core cities. This one does not.
No. Roof runs are included at the same price. We bring the ladder and the roof access equipment, and it does not change your number. A lot of companies either charge extra for roof work or decline it.
No, and that is deliberate. These are already our lowest prices, so the 15% online discount does not apply to dryer vent work. We would rather say that plainly than advertise a discount that quietly excludes this service.
If the hose behind your dryer is intact we put it right back on and that costs nothing. If it is crushed, torn, or falling apart we will not reinstall it, because that is the part that causes the next blockage. The semi-rigid aluminum upgrade takes it from $129 to $228, and it is your call. If you pass, the hose stays off.
No. If the line itself needs a repair, a crushed duct, a disconnect inside the wall, or a bad termination, we tell you what it is and point you to someone who does that work rather than cleaning around it and taking your money.
About every 10 months for most households, sooner with a large family or heavy laundry volume. If your dryer has started taking two cycles to dry a load, do not wait for the calendar. A restricted vent is the most common cause of a dryer working twice as hard for the same result.
Apartments, condos, HOAs, and laundromats are priced per unit: $79 under 50 units, $69 for 50 to 99, $59 at 100 or more, $99 for stacked units, and $65 per machine in a laundromat. Across the greater Phoenix Metro.
Or call (480) 389-8415 and we will tell you what it runs.
