Goodyear dryer vent cleaning runs $129 to $327 on our published menu, so you can see your number before anyone drives out west.

Two generations of vents. Homes in the early sections of Estrella Mountain Ranch, Palm Valley, and PebbleCreek have enough years on them that the line may have never been cleaned. Newer plans in Canyon Trails and Centerra often put the laundry upstairs, with a long run and several elbows before it reaches the roof.
The full length, every elbow. Rotary rods travel the whole duct, long runs get worked from both ends, and the lint comes out of the line instead of being packed into the next bend.
The cap on the roof. Plenty of Goodyear lines finish at a roof cap nobody sees from the yard. Clearing it is part of the price, and when a roof cannot be walked safely, the run gets cleaned from inside.
Before we go, we tell you what the brush pulled out and what shape the hose is in.

The West Valley catches some of the heaviest dust storms of the monsoon, and building around the newer Goodyear phases keeps fine dust in the air the rest of the year. Some of it settles at the vent cover, where it mixes with the lint leaving the dryer.
A screened cap makes that worse. Mesh snags lint on every load and dust from outside, and once the holes close the dryer is pushing against a plugged screen. We recommend a plain flap that opens with the airflow and drops shut afterward.
After a big storm. A flap that sticks or dust caked around the cover is a reason to move the cleaning up rather than wait for the usual interval.
Original hoses in older phases. Builder-installed foil or vinyl crushes easily and holds lint in its ridges. A hose in good shape goes back on free. A torn one is replaced only if you choose the hose package, with both ends clamped and sealed, and a slipped connection of ours gets fixed at no charge.

No. Vent prices are flat and already as low as we go. Air ducts on the same visit are still 15% off online, $55.25 per vent or return instead of $65.
Most homes are fine at about 10 months. Heavy laundry, pets, or a long upstairs run shorten that to every 4 to 6 months.
Around 30 minutes for an average line, and longer when the lint trap housing is added or the run climbs to the roof.
Most of the time, yes. About 95% of the time it traces back to the line or to lint jammed in the trap housing beneath the screen. Codes like F29 on Whirlpool and Maytag, dC on Samsung, or d80 to d95 on LG usually point there.
No. A dryer that makes no heat has an appliance fault, and we point that out before you spend money on a cleaning.
Apartments, condos, HOAs, and laundromats are priced per unit: $79 under 50 units, $69 for 50 to 99, $59 at 100 or more, $99 for stacked units, and $65 per machine in a laundromat. Across the greater Phoenix Metro.
