Why a range? The low end is your online price. Heavy staining or odor takes more time to do right, and we do not do splash-and-dash cleanings, so the top of the range covers that. Your price never goes above the top of this range for what you selected, unless the scope changes on site.

💳 Easy tap to pay with any card or phone wallet, or pay with cash or Zelle. No tax added, no card fees, and no hidden fees. Receipts by email or text.

📋 Estimated price is based on the details provided. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. If a visit minimum applies, it shows above your total, and it counts once for the whole visit, not per service, so combining services or adding optional add-ons is how most people clear it.

What Your Neighbors Are Saying

Our Mattress Cleaning Process

  1. Inspection and assessment. We inspect your mattress's fabric, condition, and any specific stains or concerns to determine the right approach.
  2. Professional pre-treatment. We apply cleaning solutions suited to mattress fabric, designed to loosen dirt, oils, and buildup trapped within the surface material.
  3. Low moisture cleaning. We use the same clear head tool we use on upholstery, so we see what is coming out of your mattress, and we put in only as much moisture as our suction can pull right back out. That is what keeps water out of the foam, where it turns into mold or mildew.
  4. Final walkthrough. After cleaning, we review the results with you and let you know honestly if any staining or odor may remain.

Bed Bugs Are Pest Control, Not Cleaning

If there is an active bed bug infestation we will not clean the mattress, at any price. Cleaning does not treat bed bugs, they live in the frame, the baseboards, and the walls, and no extraction reaches that. Get it treated by pest control first and then call us, and we will clean the mattress once it is handled. Same goes for fleas or any other active infestation: pest control first, cleaning after.

How Long Until It Is Dry

Usually a few hours. Our suction beats most truck mounts, so the moisture comes back out instead of sinking into the foam. We still say within 24 hours to be safe. The 24 hours is on purpose, because we are not putting more moisture into a mattress than it can release, and different covers and foams give it up at different rates. Book a morning slot and it has the whole day. Open a window, run the ceiling fan, and pull the covers back instead of making the bed. Ask and we will set one of our commercial air movers on it before we go.

When We Call a Stain Permanent

Most mattresses come out noticeably cleaner and fresher. That is the normal result, and we do this every week.

We do not call a stain permanent until we have worked it with what a mattress can safely take, without the saturation that puts moisture where it cannot dry. Old urine in the core, dye transfer, and anything already set with the wrong product are not coming out, and we say so before we start.

What Is Included

You spend about a third of your life on it, breathing into it, and most mattresses in Goodyear have never been cleaned once.

Why It Matters

Dust mites live on what collects in the top layers, and their waste is one of the most common indoor allergy triggers. Add pets on the bed, the occasional spill, and years of use, and the surface holds more than most people want to picture.

None of that is visible, which is exactly why it gets ignored. A mattress can look clean and still be the dirtiest soft surface in the house.

Moisture Control Is the Whole Job

A mattress is thick foam and padding that cannot be extracted the way carpet can, so the risk is leaving moisture behind where it cannot dry. That is how you get a musty smell or worse a week later.

We use controlled moisture and strong extraction, then leave airflow on it. If a mattress cannot be dried properly in your conditions, we tell you that instead of soaking it and leaving.

What Is Actually in a Mattress

Eight hours a night, every night, for years. Here is where it ends up, top layer down.

  • The quilted cover. Sweat, body oils, and skin cells, worked into the fabric every night. This is the layer you can smell.
  • The comfort layer. Foam or fiber under the cover, and where dust mite allergens collect, since it holds what filters down from above.
  • The support core. Springs or dense foam. We never soak this, because foam holds water and a wet core is a worse problem than a dirty mattress.

Why we keep the moisture down. A mattress cannot be lifted, flipped, or hung to dry like a rug can. We work the top layers with an upholstery tool, pull back what we put in, and stop there.

Book a morning slot if you can. That gives it the whole day with the air moving before anyone sleeps on it. We will not oversaturate it either way, and we will tell you what to expect before we start.

Nobody Is Going to Comment on Your Mattress

This is the service people are most self-conscious about and the one with the least reason to be. Every mattress holds sweat, skin, and body oils. That is not a hygiene failure, it is eight hours a night for years.

Strip the bed, leave it, and let us handle it. We are not going to say anything about what we find, because we have found it before.

Sanitizing Treatment

We use Decon 30, a botanical, EPA-registered disinfectant, applied with a fogger rather than a pump sprayer. It lands as a fine, high-power mist across the surface and settles through the room, so nothing gets soaked. On a mattress that matters more than anywhere, because a soaked mattress cannot dry properly.

Cleaning lifts the soil. The sanitizing treatment adds a botanical fog over the surface that knocks out odor at the source, and it is the reason most people book this in the first place. It is priced per mattress and it is optional, like every add-on we offer.

Pet Accidents and Odor

Urine on a mattress soaks deep, and surface cleaning will not touch the source of the odor. Pet urine treatment is a pre-treatment priced by severity, and we are straight with you about the odds. A soaked-through mattress may not be worth saving, and we will say so before you pay for a treatment that cannot fix it.

Why Goodyear Homes Need Mattress Cleaning

Goodyear summers mean months of AC with the windows shut, and the fine dust that blows in off open land and building sites keeps circulating through the bedrooms. A mattress collects that on top of everything the body leaves behind each night.

Done With the Bedrooms

We plan Goodyear visits so the beds get cleaned while the bedroom carpet is being done. Most families do every bed in the house that day, the master and the kids' rooms together.

Mattress Cleaning Goodyear, AZ FAQs

Please reach us at (480) 389-8415 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Deodorizer or sanitizing?

Deodorizer is for smell: it knocks out odor and leaves a clean floral scent. Sanitizing is for the surface: Decon 30, a hospital-grade botanical disinfectant, misted over it. A lot of people add both, since one treats the surface and the other leaves it smelling fresh.

How much does mattress cleaning cost?

A twin is $110.50 online, a queen $153, and a king or California king $187. Most people add mattresses to a carpet or upholstery job on the same visit.

Do I need to strip the bed first?

Yes. Please take off the sheets, covers, and pillows before we arrive, and we take it from there.

How long does a mattress take to dry?

Usually a few hours, and within 24 hours even in slow cases, because we never oversaturate it. We use controlled moisture and strong extraction rather than soaking it, because a mattress cannot be extracted the way carpet can. Plan to put bedding back on that evening, not right away.

Does it get rid of dust mites?

The cleaning removes the dead skin and dust they feed on, which is the part that actually helps. It is priced per mattress.

Can you get pet urine out of a mattress?

Sometimes. Urine soaks deep into foam, and a pre-treatment priced by severity addresses what it can reach. If a mattress is soaked through we will tell you it is not worth the money rather than take it.

Is it safe for memory foam and pillow tops?

Yes. Memory foam, hybrid, innerspring, and pillow top are all fine with a low-moisture process. What is not fine is a heavy soaking, which is exactly what we avoid.

Should I do both sides?

Most mattresses today are single sided, so there is nothing to clean underneath. If yours flips, we can do both, but it needs the drying time before you put bedding back.

What do a king, a queen, and two twins cost with sanitizing?

$561 online for the cleaning, plus $110 for sanitizing ($40 for the king, $30 for the queen, $20 for each twin), $671 in total.
