A $25 room gets $25 worth of cleaning. That price buys a fast pass with a wand: wet the carpet, pull most of it back, move to the next room. It looks better for a week, then the traffic lanes come back grey and the spots you thought were gone wick up out of the backing.
What $55.25 online buys, $65 at the regular rate, is prespray sitting long enough to break soil loose before anything touches it, agitation so it actually releases, then enough passes to pull the water and the soil back out instead of leaving both in the pad. Goodyear sits next to open desert and a lot of active home building, so the soil we pull out of carpet here is mostly fine dust, and after a monsoon storm there is a lot more of it. Newer carpet in Estrella and Centerra cleans up fastest, because the fiber has not worn down yet.

Usually a few hours, not the soaking wet day a weak machine leaves you with. Our machine pulls stronger suction than most truck mounts, straight back through the hose, so the water comes out with the dirt instead of sitting in your carpet. We still say within 24 hours to be safe. The 24 hours is on purpose, because different fibers and backings release moisture at different rates and we would rather beat the number than miss it. Airflow is what moves it: open a window, run the ceiling fan, set the HVAC fan to ON instead of AUTO. Ask and we will set an air mover on it before we go.
We flush the spot completely instead of surface treating it. Residue left in the fiber is why spots come back for other companies, and we rinse it out. It is rare for anything we removed to reappear, and if it does, call or text and we come back at no charge within 14 days, pet spots included.
We move furniture on request: sofas, chairs, tables, whatever is sitting on the floor we are cleaning. We do not move beds, bed frames, very heavy pieces like oversized sectionals and pianos, or anything with breakables on it or inside it, including lamps, mirrors, TVs, and china or curio cabinets. If a lot of moving is needed, the range covers it, so expect the top end of your quoted range rather than the bottom.
Most carpet cleans up beautifully and the difference is obvious. That is the normal outcome, not the exception. This is what we do for a living and we are good at it.
We do not call a stain permanent until we have actually worked it. That means more than one professional chemistry and extra agitation before we give you that answer. Some things are out of our control, dye loss, bleach, sun fading, a spot somebody already set with the wrong product, and cleaning will not bring those back. We classify the job before we start so you know what you are getting.
We carry commercial air movers, Dri-Pod 360s and a low-profile Syclone, and if you want one running before we go, ask and we will set it up. It jump starts the drying rather than leaving the room to do it on its own.
The rest is airflow. Open a window, run the ceiling fan, kick the HVAC fan on, and the room dries a lot faster than a closed-up room with nothing moving. We will tell you what to expect for your place before we leave.
