Size. A three-cushion sofa is the $127.50 piece. Anything longer, a loose chaise, or a deep-seat lounger has its own price, listed in the quote before the visit is booked.
Fabric. Water-safe fabric covers most furniture in newer homes. When a tag reads S, the cleaning has to be done with solvent instead, which costs more, so the tag gets checked before work starts.
Storm dust. A haboob can leave a fine film across every cushion in the house, and a heavy layer can take more passes to rinse out.
What does not change the price: pet hair, family wear, a second floor, or which side of the I-10 you live on. Those are already in the per-piece numbers.

The limits: fading from afternoon sun through a back slider, dye that bled in from a throw blanket, set ink, and pet urine that reached the foam are past what cleaning undoes. The urine case needs a separate treatment, and we name which one you have before any charge.
