What it takes to get the ducts cleaned in a Goodyear home, priced opening by opening, with every extra spelled out before you book.
$55.25 a vent or return booking online, $65 at the regular rate. Your duct total is that figure times the openings in the house. If you want to go further, fogging the living space with a sanitizer is $175 for homes up to three bedrooms and $250 for four to seven, and coil cleaning is flat: $200 for the condenser outside, $350 for the evaporator coil at the air handler, $550 for both.
Goodyear visits have a $500 minimum, applied once to the whole visit rather than to each service on it.
Common Goodyear layouts, totaled at the online rate so you can see where yours lands. The big master-planned communities lean toward larger floor plans, and PebbleCreek leans the other way.
The figure on your quote is the figure on the invoice. Open a register and find ductwork that has pulled apart, and we point it out and suggest an HVAC contractor for the repair rather than tacking anything onto the job.
In a PebbleCreek home with a small count, pairing the ducts with a dryer vent cleaning or the condenser coil usually carries the visit past the minimum. That way the $58 you would otherwise pay toward the minimum buys actual work.

Most of Goodyear is newer master-planned housing, and new does not mean clean inside the ducts. Neighborhoods still filling in sit beside graded lots and open desert, so a house can keep taking in construction dust for years after its own build wrapped up. Two-story plans in Estrella Mountain Ranch and Centerra often hide a return in an upstairs hallway ceiling, and that one is easy to leave off the count.
Monsoon season adds its share. A haboob rolling across the far West Valley leaves a film on patios and window sills, and whatever makes it indoors gets drawn toward the return. We work Palm Valley, Estrella Mountain Ranch, Canyon Trails, PebbleCreek, Centerra and the rest of Goodyear.

The per-opening rate matches what we charge in the East Valley. The visit minimum is the only piece that differs, and a typical family home passes it before any extras are added.
Yes. A return pulls air back to the unit and gets the same cleaning a supply does.
Anything that blows conditioned air into a room or pulls it back toward the unit. Passive transfer grilles that only balance air between rooms are not part of the count, though we can clean them separately if you would like.
One rate covers both units, upstairs and down, with no fee added for the second system or the stairs. The Palm Valley example above works out exactly that way.
No pitch at the end. Fogging and coil cleaning are listed with prices so you can pick them while booking, and saying no once we are there changes nothing about the work.
βVery professional. Removed 39 years of dust and dirt from my ducts. I have a manufactured home with duct insulation on the inside which leads to difficult cleaning. Blake and Marissa had the solution and did an awesome job under difficult situation. Highly recommend their service.β
