Goodyear builders often ran tile through nearly everything downstairs and left carpet for the bedrooms. Even so, the tile total comes out well under the square footage on the listing.

Goodyear water is hard like most of the Valley, and minerals build up wherever water lands every day: shower grout, the floor in front of the vanity, the tile around the kitchen sink. Old deposits can bond so tightly that only a scraper or acid would move them, and both leave damage behind.
So we use cleaners built for mineral scale and let them sit. Whatever lifts safely comes off, and anything left is named before we leave.
Where a Goodyear home has saltillo, its look comes down to the sealer coat. Sealer that has gone cloudy or amber has to come off before a new coat can look clear.
How a full strip works. Day one takes off the old sealer, then the clay is neutralized and rinsed. It has to dry all the way, since sealer over damp saltillo goes white, so fresh coats follow on day two.
No strip. A cleaning billed like any other tile, or a cleaning plus one recoat, are the lighter choices. Either improves the look, though neither clears up sealer that is already cloudy, and we say which outcome to expect first.
