Counted, not estimated. Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, and Sun Lakes.

A number you can check yourself before you call. Walk your house, count the supply vents and the returns, multiply. That is the whole quote. Nothing about square footage, nothing about how many systems you have, nothing that gets recalculated once somebody is standing in your hallway.
Count only what is tied into the system. Supply registers that blow air and returns that pull it. Passive vents that just move air between rooms are not on the system and are not priced as vents. If the house has not been done in years or there are pets, we usually recommend doing those too, and we price them separately so it is your call.
Every vent gets done, not the easy ones. Rod and brush through the run, compressed air agitation, and vacuum extraction at each register. The ones behind furniture and the ones in the back bedroom too.
We count what is on the system. Supply vents and returns, the ones actually moving air through your ductwork. Passive transfer vents that only balance temperature between rooms are not on the system and are not part of the count. If yours have never been cleaned, or you have pets, we will recommend doing them and price them separately so you decide.
Most systems come out looking like a different house inside. That is the normal result.
Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online. Same prices across all nine of our core cities.

Flat-rate duct pricing has to assume a house. Whole home for one number sounds clean until the house has fourteen vents instead of eight, or a second system nobody mentioned, and then the number moves.
Counting is slower to quote and harder to advertise. It is also the only version where you can verify the price yourself before anyone shows up, which is the point.
5.0 on Google since we opened, every job priced this same way.
Online rates shown. Count yours and check the math.
Add sanitizing or exhaust fans on top, each priced on the screen before you book.
How many vents you have. That is the whole variable, and you control the count by walking your own house.
Exhaust fans, if you want the bathroom and laundry fans done at the same time. $50 each and entirely optional.
Sanitizing, if you want it. Optional, priced by bedroom count, and we will tell you when it is not worth the money.
What does not change the price: how many HVAC systems you have, your square footage, or anything a technician decides once he is on site.
Same prices in all nine of these cities. What changes is the homes: layout, age, and what the dust and water do there.

Ours is $55.25 a vent booking online and $65 at the regular rate, with a $150 minimum per visit in our core cities. You count the supply vents and returns in your house and that is your price. A typical three-bedroom with 10 vents and 2 returns runs $663 online.
Because a flat rate has to assume a house size, and the moment the house is bigger than the assumption the price changes. Counting vents means the number is yours before we arrive and it does not move once someone is in your house.
Supply vents and returns on the system, meaning the openings that actually move air through your ductwork. Walk the house, count the ones that blow or pull, and that number times the rate is your price. Passive transfer vents that only balance temperature between rooms are not counted. We will point them out and recommend them if they have gone years without cleaning or you have pets, priced separately either way.
No. Per-system pricing sounds simple until a second unit turns up, and then it doubles. We price the vents, so two systems in a normal house cost the same as one system with the same number of vents.
No, it is a separate add-on at $175 for a home up to three bedrooms and $250 for four to seven. It is an option, not a requirement, and we will tell you when it is not worth it.
Most Valley homes do well every three to five years, sooner after a remodel, after new construction dust, or if someone in the house has allergies. An annual schedule is more than most homes need.
No. The vent count is the price. If we find something that genuinely changes the scope, like a damaged run or a disconnected line, we tell you what it is and what it would take before we touch it.
