Yes. Whether it is a big filter grille in a hallway ceiling or a smaller one in a bedroom wall, a return counts as one opening at the same rate as a supply.
Most homes take a few hours. You are welcome to stay while we work, and it sounds about like a vacuum running in the next room.
One rate covers both units and both floors, with no charge for the second system. The Skyline Ranch example above shows the math.
Yes. Bathroom and laundry exhaust fans are $50 each and go on the same visit as the ducts.
