Maricopa duct cleaning, priced per opening at a published rate, with the extras laid out so you can do the math at the kitchen table.
$55.25 a vent or return booking online, $65 at the regular rate. Count the openings, multiply, and that is the duct portion of the bill. Sanitizing fog is an optional step at $175 for up to three bedrooms or $250 for four to seven. Coil cleaning is billed flat and sits outside the online discount: $200 for the condenser, $350 for the evaporator, $550 for both.
A $500 minimum applies to each Maricopa visit. The quote tool factors it in automatically, so the number on your screen already reflects it.
Common Maricopa layouts, totaled at the online rate so you can see where yours lands. Floor plans here run from compact 55+ homes to two-story family houses.
Should a run turn out to be torn or disconnected, you hear about it while we are still standing at that register. Repairs belong to an HVAC contractor, and the price we quoted stays where it was.
Booking right after monsoon season tends to make the most sense here. A summer of dust storms is when the most grit gets pulled into the system, so early fall is a natural point to clear it out.

Location does most of the work here. Maricopa sits between active farm fields and open desert along SR-347, so the dust is a blend of fine field soil and desert grit, and it finds the return grille in every neighborhood. Rancho El Dorado dates to the early 2000s, which puts some of those systems past twenty years of service, while Homestead, Glennwilde and Senita are newer and still take in the same dust.
Larger two-story plans in Tortosa and Glennwilde often run a separate unit for each floor, which means more returns to track down. We work Rancho El Dorado, Province, Glennwilde, Senita, Tortosa, Homestead and the rest of Maricopa.

The rate per opening is identical to our East Valley pricing. What changes in Maricopa is the visit minimum covered in the rate section.
Yes, one return is one opening. Check hallway ceilings, walls near the air handler and the inside of closets, since those are the ones people forget to count.
Clear anything sitting on a vent or blocking a return, put pets in a spare room, and have an adult 18 or older at home. Furniture can stay where it is unless it covers a vent.
Each unit is priced by its own supplies and returns, with no surcharge for the second system or for working upstairs. The Tortosa example above shows the math.
Yes, and it is the simplest way to do it. A dryer vent cleaning or a condenser coil cleaning on the same trip counts toward the same visit total as your ducts.
βVery professional. Removed 39 years of dust and dirt from my ducts. I have a manufactured home with duct insulation on the inside which leads to difficult cleaning. Blake and Marissa had the solution and did an awesome job under difficult situation. Highly recommend their service.β
