Why a range? The low end is your online price. Smaller stone tile with more grout line takes more time to do right, and we do not do splash-and-dash cleanings, so the top of the range covers that. We move furniture on request, just not beds, bed frames, very heavy pieces, or anything with breakables on or in it. If a lot of moving is needed, the range covers it. Your price never goes above the top of this range for what you selected, unless the scope changes on site.

💳 Easy tap to pay with any card or phone wallet, or pay with cash or Zelle. No tax added, no card fees, and no hidden fees. Receipts by email or text.

📋 Estimated price is based on the details provided. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. If a visit minimum applies, it shows above your total, and it counts once for the whole visit, not per service, so combining services or adding optional add-ons is how most people clear it.

What Your Neighbors Are Saying

Our Stone Process

  1. Identify the stone. Type, condition, and any existing sealer, which decide the right approach.
  2. Pre-treatment. pH-neutral and matched to the stone, so it lifts buildup without etching the surface.
  3. Deep cleaning and extraction. Orbital agitation on the stone and a scrub with our pole-mounted grout brush on the grout lines, then our tile tool, fitted with a stone head, cleans the stone and the grout together, spraying and pulling the dirty water straight back to the machine in the same pass, so nothing is left sitting in the pores or the grout. With suction that beats most truck mounts, the floor is dry by the time we walk out the door, which is exactly what you want before sealer goes down.
  4. Sealing, if selected. Clear or color enhancing sealer on the stone, and grout color seal on the grout lines if you added that option.
  5. Final walkthrough. We review the results with you before we load out.

Most People End Up Wanting the Color Enhancing Sealer

Stone that has faded, or slate and travertine that went flat years ago, usually comes back further with a color enhancing sealer than with a clear one. It deepens the natural color that is already in the stone rather than adding a color to it, and on slate in particular the difference is not subtle.

We show you both before you decide. We seal a small test area with each, you look at them side by side in your own light, and you pick. Plenty of people come in wanting the clear seal and change their mind standing over the test patch, and plenty of others prefer the clear. Either way it is your call with the stone in front of you rather than a decision made off a description.

Clear seal protects. Color enhancing protects and brings the color back. Same job, same visit, different look.

Marble and Polishing: Where We Stop

We clean and seal marble. We do not polish it. Restoring a dull or etched marble floor means working through diamond abrasives to hone and then re-polish the surface, and that is a different trade with a different machine. We would rather tell you that than learn on your floor.

We do not replace, repair, or remove stone or tile. If a piece is cracked or loose, we tell you before we start, since that is a stone or tile contractor job.

Here is how to tell which problem you have. Soil sits on top and comes off, and the floor looks better wet. An etch mark is a dull spot where something acidic touched the stone, and it stays dull when everything around it shines. General dullness across a whole floor is usually worn finish rather than dirt.

Cleaning and sealing fixes the first one and protects against the next one. It does not fix an etch mark or a worn finish, and anyone telling you a cleaning will bring the shine back on etched marble is selling you something. We will look at it and tell you which you have before you spend money on either of us.

No Razor Blades, No Harsh Acids

Hard water deposit on stone is where most damage gets done, and it is almost always done by whoever is trying to remove it. A razor blade moves bonded calcium fast and scratches the stone doing it. An acidic cleaner takes the deposit off and etches travertine, marble, and limestone on contact.

We use neither. We work deposit with products matched to the stone and real dwell time, we get what is gettable, and where buildup has bonded in we tell you that instead of trading your stone for a faster result.

The Difference Between a Clean Floor and a Ruined One

Travertine, marble and limestone are calcium based. The acidic cleaner that works fine on porcelain eats into them on contact and leaves a dull patch that is missing stone, not dirt. It cannot be cleaned back out, and the only fix is refinishing, which is a different trade and a much bigger bill.

That is the actual risk when somebody runs one bottle across every floor in the house. Most people who ruin a stone floor are not careless, they just used a tile cleaner on stone because it looked like tile.

What you are paying for is somebody identifying the stone first and knowing which chemistry it takes. pH-neutral product, controlled dwell, and a sealer matched to that stone rather than whatever is on the truck. $1.27 a square foot online, $1.50 regular, and the floor still has its finish when we leave.

Natural Stone Sealing in Maricopa, AZ

Natural stone sealing, travertine cleaning, marble and limestone stone care, and hard water stain removal on stone showers and floors. Stone is porous, so sealing is what keeps Maricopa hard water and everyday spills from soaking into the surface. We clean the stone first, then seal it, because sealing over soil locks the soil in.

Natural Stone Cleaning & Sealing in Maricopa, AZ

We bring natural stone back. Travertine, marble, limestone, slate, and flagstone, indoors and out, plus travertine pool decks and cool deck, deep cleaned and sealed so the color comes back richer and stays protected.

Stone Is Not Tile

Marble, travertine, and limestone are calcium-based, and acid eats into them on contact. A lot of household and even professional tile cleaners are acidic enough to leave dull etch marks in a single pass, and that damage does not come back out. So we identify every stone before anything touches it, and we use pH-neutral, stone-safe products only. No acid on natural stone, ever.

We Bring the Color Back

Stone fades. Sun, hard water, and traffic wear at the surface until travertine goes chalky, slate turns dusty gray, and limestone looks flat. Deep cleaning pulls the buildup out, and color enhancing sealer soaks in and brings the depth back: richer browns and golds and the real color of the stone you chose. It protects at the same time, so the result lasts. Clear sealing is there too if you want to keep the current look.

The One Thing Sealer Will Not Hide

Etching, where something acidic ate into the stone, takes honing and polishing, and we do not do refinishing. Everything around it still comes out cleaner, richer, and protected.

Why Maricopa Homes Need Natural Stone Cleaning

Kids, dogs and backyard cookouts put spills and grit on stone every week, and unsealed travertine soaks up whatever lands on it. Homes near the lakes in Rancho El Dorado, Province and Homestead see extra water and mineral on their outdoor stone as well.

Faded, flat travertine is the usual complaint, and it is also where the before and after is easiest to see.

Color Enhancing on Faded Travertine

For a patio or pool deck that has gone chalky and pale in the Maricopa sun, color enhancing sealer is usually the right call, since it protects the stone and brings the color back at the same time.

Natural Stone Cleaning Maricopa, AZ FAQs

Please reach us at (480) 389-8415 if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Do you clean natural stone in Maricopa?

Yes. Travertine, marble, limestone, slate, and flagstone, in every Maricopa neighborhood from Province to Cobblestone Farms.

Will my stone actually look better?

Yes, noticeably. Cleaning pulls out the dirt and hard water, and color enhancing sealer deepens the color so the stone looks rich again. Faded travertine and slate change the most.

Can you remove etch marks?

No. Etching takes honing and polishing, and we do not do refinishing. The etch stays, but the rest of the stone still gets cleaned and sealed.

What is color enhancing sealer?

A sealer that protects like a clear sealer and also deepens the natural color. It is what brings faded travertine and slate back.

How often should stone be sealed?

Most interior stone every one to three years, sooner in kitchens, showers, and outdoor areas that take sun and water.

Do you clean travertine pool decks?

Yes, travertine and cool deck, with clear or color enhancing sealer to protect it from sun, water, and pool chemicals.

Are your products safe for marble?

Yes. pH-neutral, stone-safe products only. No acidic cleaners on natural stone, ever.

How much does stone cleaning cost in Maricopa?

Cleaning from $1.27/sqft online, or $1.50 regular. Sealing packages from $2.50/sqft, standard 12x12 at the low end. Pool decks $2 to $4/sqft.

Do you clean or restore shower glass?

Not at this time. We clean and repair the tile, stone, and grout around it. For hard water on shower glass, we suggest Bio-Clean Hard Water Stain Remover. It is non-acidic, so it will not etch the stone and grout around your glass the way most acid-based removers can. Test a small corner first, especially if your glass has a protective coating.

How long will a shower cleaning or color seal last?

We do not guarantee how long it lasts in a shower. Some hold up for years and some fail quickly, and a short life does not mean the work was done wrong. Showers take water, soap, and calcium every day, and things like ventilation, the cleaners used, and moisture behind the tile are out of our control. Running the exhaust fan during and after showers and squeegeeing the walls help it last.

Can you clean stone and tile on the same visit?

Yes. Stone and tile are priced separately because stone needs different products, but they go on one quote and get done in one visit.
