We flush the spot completely instead of surface treating it. Residue left in the fiber is why spots come back for other companies, and we rinse it out. It is rare for anything we removed to reappear, and if it does, call or text and we come back at no charge within 14 days, pet spots included.
We move furniture on request: sofas, chairs, tables, whatever is sitting on the floor we are cleaning. We do not move beds, bed frames, very heavy pieces like oversized sectionals and pianos, or anything with breakables on it or inside it, including lamps, mirrors, TVs, and china or curio cabinets.
