Mesa dryer vent cleaning on a flat menu from $129. No visit minimum, roof runs included, and the same price on a Dobson Ranch single-story as on a new Eastmark build.

Every build era, one menu. Mesa grew in waves, so a vent here can be a short run straight out the side wall of an older west Mesa home or a long interior run to the roof in east Mesa. The price does not care which one you have.
We look before we assume. We check how the line terminates and what connects the dryer to the wall before the brush goes in. Older Mesa homes often still have the original foil transition duct, and that changes what we recommend, not what the cleaning costs.
The whole line, not the first few feet. Rotary brush rods run the length of the duct and through the turns, and the packed lint gets pulled out. Roof terminations on newer east Mesa homes are part of the same price.
We finish by pushing the dryer back, checking the hose for gaps at the connections, and setting it where it will not kink.
Flat rate. These are already our lowest numbers, so the 15% online discount does not apply here.

A lot of west and central Mesa homes still have the foil transition duct the house was built with. It traps lint far more readily than rigid metal and crushes easily when the dryer gets pushed back.
When the hose is intact, we reconnect it free. When it is torn or flattened, we leave it off and offer the semi-rigid aluminum upgrade, which takes the job from $129 to $228. Your call either way.
The labor is the value. We set the dryer at a distance that keeps the line from folding, run it short without a sag, and seal and clamp both ends. A loose connection on a hose we put in gets fixed free.
Dryer not heating at all? That is an appliance problem, not a vent problem, and we will tell you so instead of selling you a cleaning that will not fix it.
Mesa jobs we see often, priced from the published menu.
Dobson Ranch single-story, short sidewall run: $129 for the basic cleaning.
Older central Mesa home with the original foil duct crushed behind the dryer: $228 for the line and a semi-rigid aluminum hose.
Eastmark two-story, interior laundry, roof termination: $129 for the line. Add the lint trap housing and a new hose and full service is $327.
Dryer vent and air ducts together: an Eastmark two-story with 12 vents and 2 returns is $773.50 for the ducts at the online rate. With full dryer vent service added at $327, the visit comes to $1,100.50.
What does not raise it: the roof, the length of the line, or the age of the house.
Seasonal residents. A Mesa home closed up from May through October has a vent that sat untouched through the hottest months, and an idle vent is what birds look for. Book before the first heavy laundry week after you get back. Ten or more homes in one community on the same day moves the group to commercial per-unit pricing.

$129 for the basic cleaning, $228 for the line plus either the lint trap housing or a new hose, and $327 for full service. No visit minimum on dryer vents.
No. A short sidewall run on an older home and a long roof run on a new one are on the same menu. Older homes are more likely to need a new hose, and that is the only reason the total would change.
Before the first heavy laundry week after you get back. A vent that sat closed all summer is the one most likely to have a nest or a restriction waiting.
No. Dryer vent prices are flat and already our lowest. Air duct cleaning added to the same visit is still discounted online.
About every 10 months for a typical household, and sooner with a large family, heavy laundry, a long run, or pets.
That points to the appliance, not the vent. We will tell you that up front rather than charge for a cleaning that will not fix it.
Apartments, condos, HOAs, and laundromats are priced per unit: $79 under 50 units, $69 for 50 to 99, $59 at 100 or more, $99 for stacked units, and $65 per machine in a laundromat. Across the greater Phoenix Metro.
