Flat dryer vent pricing for Scottsdale homes from $129. No visit minimum, and roof terminations on two-story and custom homes are included.

Long runs at a flat price. Scottsdale has more two-story homes and custom builds than anywhere else in the Valley, and those produce the longest, most bend-heavy vent runs we clean. The menu price already accounts for that.
Roof terminations included. Custom floor plans often put the laundry room in the interior of the house with a long run up to the roof. Lint pushed partway up a roof vent settles back down, and nobody sees the cap. We bring the ladder and the longer rods, and it does not change the price.
Second-floor laundry, cleaned all the way. In DC Ranch and Grayhawk, the run from an upstairs laundry room goes up through a wall and across an attic before it reaches outside air. Rotary brush rods work through each bend and the lint gets pulled out.
When the line is clear, we push the dryer back, check the hose for gaps at both connections, and position it so it does not kink.
Flat rate. These are already our lowest numbers, so the 15% online discount does not apply here.

On a long Scottsdale run, the hose behind the dryer is the first restriction the air hits. A crushed or sagging one undoes a lot of what a clean line gives you.
If yours is intact, it goes back on free. If it is torn or flattened, we will not reinstall it, and the semi-rigid aluminum upgrade takes the job from $129 to $228. It is optional, and if you decline, the old hose stays off.
What the upgrade actually buys. The dryer set at a distance that protects the line, a short straight connection with no sag to hold lint, and both ends sealed and clamped. If one of our connections ever comes loose, we come back free.

No. Roof terminations on Scottsdale two-stories and custom homes are on the same flat menu. We are set up for roof access and the longer rods those runs need.
No, just tell us when you schedule. If your community needs contractor documentation or has roof access requirements, we plan around them ahead of time.
No. The dryer vent menu is flat and already our lowest. Air duct cleaning booked in the same visit still gets its online rate.
About every 10 months for a typical household, sooner with a large family, heavy laundry, pets, or a long run to the roof. If the house sat empty for a season, have it checked before running the dryer.
Usually 45 minutes to an hour and a half for a home. A long run up to the roof sits toward the top of that range, since the time tracks the length of the line.
Apartments, condos, HOAs, and laundromats are priced per unit: $79 under 50 units, $69 for 50 to 99, $59 at 100 or more, $99 for stacked units, and $65 per machine in a laundromat. Across the greater Phoenix Metro.
