Each step up on stone adds 50 cents a square foot, which is $50 for every 100 feet of floor. Here is how that plays out at three common Scottsdale sizes.
Stone is also less forgiving of harsh cleaners than tile. Acidic or abrasive products are one of the things the one-year floor guarantee does not cover, along with wear in heavy traffic paths and new cracks in the grout.

Every color seal job means a color match visit, material ordered for your floor, and a separate work day. A small floor needs nearly the same setup as a big one.
Yes. Send a photo and we add it to your quote. Showers are color sealed without a guarantee, since they stay wet in a way floors do not.
They get repaired before the color goes on. Repair runs $150 to $950 and is priced when we see it.
