Scottsdale has more leather and more designer fabric than most of the Valley. The per-piece prices are the same, but here is how leather conditioning and fabric codes change the total.

Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
On Scottsdale leather, conditioning is the add-on we bring up every time, since cleaning takes out the oils the hide needs. Conditioning, protectant, deodorizer, sanitizing, and pet treatment are all priced per piece and listed separately.
Leather sofa and loveseat, cleaned and conditioned. $229.50 online for the cleaning, plus $85 conditioning on the sofa and $70 on the loveseat. $384.50 total.
Gainey Ranch fabric sofa and two large chairs. $246.50 online, $290 regular.
Grayhawk sectional with a leather ottoman. $335.75 online for both, plus $28 to condition the ottoman, so $363.75.
A McCormick Ranch velvet sofa with an S code. Solvent-only fabric costs more than the standard sofa price because the process is different. We read the tag, test a hidden spot, and give you the number before anything gets cleaned.
Troon North patio sofa and two patio lounge chairs. $202.30 online, $238 regular. Outdoor pieces run slightly higher than indoor.
Fabric code. This matters more in Scottsdale than anywhere else we work. Most codes clean at the listed price. Code S is solvent only and costs more. Code X can only be vacuumed, and we tell you that rather than clean it anyway.
Size. $127.50 covers a standard three-cushion sofa. Custom pieces that run long or carry a chaise are priced larger, and you get that number before we start.
Leather. Cleaning leather is priced like fabric for the same piece. Conditioning is the separate line, $85 on a sofa, and it is the part that keeps the hide from drying out.
What does not change the price: the neighborhood, a second story, pet hair, or moving a heavy piece to get at the back of it. Those are included.
Body oil on leather arms and headrests, soil, most food and drink spots, and pet hair all come out. On leather, conditioning after cleaning puts back what the cleaner removes.
The limits: water rings on an S-code fabric someone already tried to spot clean, sun fading near large windows, dye migration on silk blends, and cracked leather are not soil. We point those out before we start so nothing is a surprise.
If a designer piece should only be vacuumed, we will say so and leave it, even if that makes the visit smaller. Guessing on a fabric like that is how it gets ruined.

A standard sofa is $127.50 online and $150 regular. A sectional is $297.50 online, any size. A $150 minimum applies per visit.
It is priced per piece: $85 for a sofa, $145 for a sectional, $70 for a loveseat, and $50 for a large recliner. It is added after the cleaning price.
No. The cleaning is priced the same as the same piece in fabric. Only the conditioning is extra, and we highly recommend it.
S means solvent only, and water leaves permanent rings on it. It costs more than the standard price because the process is different, and we give you that number after checking the tag.
We test in a hidden area before anything touches the visible fabric, rather than guess.
Yes. A patio sofa is $137.70 online and a patio lounge chair is $32.30. Outdoor pieces run a little higher than indoor.
Yes. DC Ranch, Grayhawk, McCormick Ranch, and Troon North all use the same per-piece list.
