“Pfaff were amazing! Our sectional looks brand new and with a big dog in the house that says a lot! They were very communicative and informed us of all our options!”
“Blake and his coworker did a great job cleaning our dryer vent, filter and exhaust fan in the laundry room. House feels safer now as vents had not been cleaned for many years.”
“These guys did some major power washing for me. Drive way, walkways, stucco walls and cinder block walls.”
Much of what we clean in Scottsdale is expensive to replace: antique limestone in Silverleaf, travertine through Grayhawk and Troon North, reclaimed wood floors, and fine wool rugs. The wrong cleaner can etch stone or strip a finish in one pass, so choosing the product matters more here than the scrubbing.
The south end and McCormick Ranch are older, with homes from the 1970s and 1980s that have often been remodeled in stone. The north end is newer and backs up to desert preserve, which means dust.
Remodeled McCormick Ranch homes pair stone floors with very hard water, which leaves a dull film around sinks, showers, and entries. Older travertine in Troon North wears and fades over the years. Stone gets its own stone-safe process, while ceramic and porcelain get a deep grout clean and a clear or color seal in 40+ shades.

Light carpet and wool wall-to-wall are common here, and fine rugs sit on stone in a lot of living rooms. We check the fiber before choosing hot water extraction or low moisture, and rugs are cleaned right where they lie. Leather of every type is on the list as well, with conditioning as an add-on.

Dryer vents that exit through a tile roof take careful footing, and when a roof is not safe to walk we clean from inside. Out near Troon North, birds nest in vent openings and block them fast. Seasonal homes in Gainey Ranch sit closed all summer while dust settles in the ducts. AC coils are a separate service.

Grayhawk and DC Ranch homes are built for time outside, with paver patios and pool decks that collect hard water spots and desert dust. We pressure wash, clean, resand, and seal pavers, and soft wash stucco.
Before we touch a stone floor or a fine rug, you will know what to expect from it, including any wear or etching that cleaning will not take away.
Our own team has done every job, without subcontractors. We are rated 5.0 on Google.
