Color sealing includes the cleaning. You are not paying for a cleaning and then a seal on top.

Yes, $500 per job. A color seal takes a color match visit, a separate work day, and material ordered for your floor, so very small areas are priced at that floor.
If you like how the stone looks now, a clear face seal protects it without changing the color. If it has faded or looks dry, a color enhancing sealer brings the tone back. We talk it through with you at the color match.
