What carpet cleaning costs in Paradise Valley: every rate published, counted rather than estimated, and the same in every city we serve.
$55.25 a room booking online, $65 at the regular rate. Staircases are $55.25, the same as a room. Hallways are $29.75 short or medium and $42.50 long. Walk-in closets are $29.75. A great room prices at $82.88, which is one and a half rooms rather than two. A $150 minimum applies per visit in our core cities, once for the whole visit rather than per service.
The rate does not change by city. What changes is how much of it your house has.
Paradise Valley properties are larger than anywhere else we serve, frequently with guest casitas and multiple HVAC zones, so the numbers here are built from an actual count rather than a typical. Online rates shown.
Nothing gets added at the door. If we find something that changes the scope, you hear the number before we touch it.
On a property with a casita, count it separately when you are pricing. Guest quarters carry their own rooms and their own hallway, and it is usually the part people leave out of the estimate.
Carpet here lives in bedrooms, media rooms and casitas rather than main living areas, and it is far more often wool than builder-grade synthetic. The process that works on synthetic is the wrong process on wool.
We work Clearwater Hills, Camelback, Mummy Mountain, Cheney Estates and the Lincoln Drive corridor, and the rate is identical across all of them.

No. Our per-room rate is the same in every city we serve and it is published, so you can check that before you call anyone. What changes between homes is the room count.
Yes, at $55.25 online. It takes about as long as a bedroom and sometimes longer, which is why it prices the same rather than as an add-on nobody mentions until the invoice.
Then the $150 minimum applies and two rooms costs the same as the minimum. Most people add a hallway or a staircase at that point because it is nearly free against the minimum.
We move what two people can safely move and we clean under it. Beds, dressers and anything on electronics stay put, and we clean around them and up to the edge rather than pretending otherwise.
Every rate above is in the quote tool, or call (480) 389-8415 if you would rather talk it through.
