The rate does not change by city. What changes is how much of it your house has.

Nothing gets added at the door. If we find something that changes the scope, you hear the number before we touch it.
Most Sun Lakes jobs are two or three rooms, which puts a lot of them at or near the minimum. Adding a hallway or a closet at that point costs almost nothing against the $150 floor.
Sun Lakes jobs are usually smaller and simpler than the Valley average, single-story with moderate room counts. We work around walkers, wheelchairs and furniture that should not be moved, and we will not ask you to clear the house first.
We work Cottonwood, Palo Verde, IronOaks and the Sun Lakes country club communities, and the rate is identical across all of them.

No. Our per-room rate is the same in every city we serve and it is published, so you can check that before you call anyone. What changes between homes is the room count.

Then the $150 minimum applies and two rooms costs the same as the minimum. Most people add a hallway or a staircase at that point because it is nearly free against the minimum.
We move what two people can safely move and we clean under it. Beds, dressers and anything on electronics stay put, and we clean around them and up to the edge rather than pretending otherwise.
