Flat pricing, no visit minimum, and we handle the ladder. Serving Sun Lakes and 85248.

A roof run on a single-story home. Most Sun Lakes homes are one story, but because of how many of the floor plans were laid out, the vent exits through the roof rather than a side wall. Roof runs fight gravity, collect lint faster, and sit out of sight. The roof access is on us at the same $129.
You stay off the ladder. We bring it, we go up, and we clear the run. If the roof is not safe to work, we clean the full line from inside instead.
Timing for seasonal homes. A home closed from May through October has a vent sitting idle through the hottest months, and an idle vent is what birds look for. The useful time to book is right after you return, before the laundry volume picks back up.
Every job is the same work: rotary brushed end to end, lint pulled out of the line, the cap cleaned, and the dryer pushed back and positioned with the hose checked for gaps at both ends.
Flat rate. These are already our lowest numbers, so the 15% online discount does not apply here.
Price it in about a minute in the quote tool, or see the dryer vent cleaning in Sun Lakes page for how the job is done.

If the hose behind your dryer is in good shape, we reconnect it at no charge. If it is crushed or torn, it stays off, and the semi-rigid aluminum upgrade moves the job from $129 to $228. Nobody pushes you on it.
What you get for that is the setup, not just the part: the dryer spaced so the line does not crush, the run short and without a sag where lint can settle, and both ends sealed and clamped. If a connection we made comes loose, we come back and fix it free.
5.0 on Google since we opened, and Sun Lakes gets the same published prices as every other city.
A Cottonwood single-story with a roof vent: $129 for the basic cleaning.
An IronOaks home where the dryer still runs long with a clean screen: add the lint trap housing for $228.
A Palo Verde home with a crushed hose and lint in the housing: full service, $327.
Ten or more homes in the same community on one day: the group moves to our commercial per-unit pricing, well under the single-home rate. Text a rough home count to (480) 389-8415.

$129 for a basic cleaning, $228 with the lint trap housing or a premium hose, and $327 for full service. No visit minimum.
Because of how many floor plans here were laid out, the run exits through the roof rather than a side wall. Roof runs collect faster and nobody sees them, which is why they get missed.
No. We bring the ladder and do the roof access ourselves, at no added charge. If the roof is not safe to work, we clean the full run from inside.
Right after you return. The vent sat idle through the hottest months, and an unused line is where birds nest. Get it cleared before the laundry volume picks back up.
No. Dryer vent pricing is flat and already our lowest, so the 15% online discount is not applied to it.
About every 10 months for a typical household, sooner if the laundry volume is heavy. If a load has started taking two cycles to dry, do not wait.
Each home in a group booking is its own vent line at the rates above until the group reaches ten. Apartments, condos, HOAs, and laundromats are priced per unit: $79 under 50 units, $69 for 50 to 99, $59 at 100 or more, $99 for stacked units, and $65 per machine in a laundromat.
