What carpet cleaning costs in the Valley, every number published before anyone knocks on your door. Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, Ahwatukee, and Sun Lakes.

A price that does not move. You get your number here, before anyone is standing in your living room. That is the whole point of publishing it. Nothing gets added at the door, and nobody on our team is paid to talk you into something once they are inside.
The whole room, not the path through it. Wall to wall, under what we move, into the corners. Pre-treatment, agitation, hot water extraction, and a full rinse are the job, not upgrades.
We tell you what will not come out before we start. Bleach spots, worn traffic lanes, dye loss, and damage already set in the fiber are not soil. You will know which is which while we are still deciding the scope, not after you have paid.
And if something we treated comes back within 14 days, so do we. No charge, no trip fee, no argument.
Most carpet cleans up beautifully and the difference is obvious when we pull the furniture back. That is the normal outcome, not the exception. This is what we do for a living and we are good at it.
Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
Three rooms comes to $165.75 online. Five rooms comes to $276.25. You can price your own job in about a minute in the quote tool, and the number you get there is the number we honor.
Most cleaners will not give you a number until someone is standing in your living room, because a price is easier to move once you have already blocked out your afternoon. We would rather you see the real number in your own time than hear a pitch at your door.
A lower number usually means less time spent on your carpet. We take ours, and that is the difference between a cleaning and a good cleaning. That is a better position for both of us than a surprise at the door.
5.0 on Google since we opened, every job priced this same way.
How many spaces, not how big they are. A bedroom is a bedroom whether it is 150 square feet or 300. Stairs, hallways, and walk-in closets are their own lines because they are their own work, and every one of those rates is published.
Soil level. Carpet cleaned every year takes one pass. Carpet that has not been touched since it was installed takes pre-treatment, more dwell time, and more passes. That is real work and it prices higher.
Pet contamination. Cleaning removes what is in the fiber. Urine that has gone into the pad is a treatment, not a cleaning, and it is priced separately at $75 to $150 a room depending on severity.
Stairs. Slower per square foot than open floor, every time.
Furniture. Moving it is part of the service and does not change your price. We skip very heavy pieces and anything with breakables on or in it.
What does not change the price: the day of the week, whether you sound like you can afford more, or anything a technician decides once he is inside your home.
Air movers on request, at no charge, if you want one running before we go.
Because a per-room rate is easier to judge once you see it totaled. Online rates shown.
Add pet treatment, deodorizer, or protectant on top of that, each priced on the screen before you book. Nothing is added at the door.
Most Valley households do well on every 12 to 18 months, sooner with pets or kids. The dust here is fine and abrasive, and it works down past the tips of the fiber where a vacuum does not reach. Once it is down there it grinds against the fiber every time someone walks through, which is what actually wears traffic lanes out.
Getting that grit out on a regular cycle is the single biggest thing that extends carpet life in an Arizona home, and it is cheaper than the replacement it delays.
Same prices in all nine of these cities. What changes is the homes: layout, age, and what the dust and water do there.

Ours is $55.25 a room booking online and $65 at the regular rate, with a $150 minimum per visit in our core cities. Across the Valley the range runs roughly $40 to $80 a room depending on the company and what is actually included in that number.
Drive time, setup, and teardown cost the same whether we clean one room or six. A company with no minimum is either building it into the per-room rate or planning to sell you something once they are inside. Ours is $150 per visit and it is on every page of this site.
Bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms are rooms, at one flat rate each. An open great room that runs living and dining together is priced at one and a half rooms, not two, because it is one setup rather than two. Stairs, hallways, and walk-in closets have their own published rates rather than being folded into a room count. You select exactly what you have in the quote tool, so the number is yours before anyone arrives.
A staircase is priced the same as a room, $55.25 online and $65 regular. It is less square footage but the same amount of work, so it gets its own line rather than being slipped in as an upcharge at the door.
Scope and condition. More rooms, heavier soil, pet contamination that needs treatment rather than just cleaning, and stairs. Moving furniture is part of the service and does not add to it. All of that is quotable before we show up, which is why our number does not move at the door.
No. The number you price online is what you pay. The only thing that moves it is a change in scope, and we tell you before we start rather than after, so it is your call either way.
No. Pre-treatment, agitation, hot water extraction, and the rinse are the job, not add-ons. If a quote lists those separately, you are being quoted a partial cleaning.
Commercial is priced differently: $0.40 a square foot with a $500 minimum per visit, quoted from your floor plan or a walkthrough, scheduled after hours. Offices, medical suites, restaurants, hotels, apartments, and multi-tenant properties across the greater Phoenix Metro.
