Apache Junction living rooms tend to be smaller, with a sofa and a couple of recliners doing most of the work. Below is what each piece costs to clean.

Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
Deodorizer is the extra people here ask about most, usually for a stale or smoky smell in the fabric. It runs $30 on a sofa and $20 on a recliner. Protectant, sanitizing, and pet treatment are billed the same way, one piece at a time, on their own line.

Lost Dutchman area manufactured home, full living room with deodorizer. Sofa, two large recliners, and an ottoman come to $284.75 online. Deodorizer on all four adds $85, for $369.75 total.
Leather sectional in an older Superstition Foothills area home. Up to 5 seats with conditioning: $455 to clean plus $245 to condition, $700 online.
Horse property sofa, loveseat, and armchair, with pet odor treatment on the sofa. $289 online for the three pieces and $85 for odor and dander treatment on the sofa the dogs use. $374 total.
Park model patio set. Patio loveseat, two patio lounge chairs, a patio ottoman, and the umbrella canopy. $356.15 online, $419 regular.
1980s ranch house, living room plus dining room. Sofa, loveseat, glider rocker, and six dining chairs. $352.75 online, $415 regular.
Size. The $127.50 figure is for a standard three-cushion sofa. Oversized loungers, a chaise piece, or a sleeper are each priced on their own line, and the quote tool shows those numbers before we come out.
Fabric. Nearly all home furniture can be cleaned with water. A tag marked S means solvent only, which changes the process and the price, so we read the tag on every piece first.
Smoke and grit. Fabric that has soaked up years of smoke, or fine dust blown in off the desert, can need extra passes before it rinses clean.
What does not change the price: pet hair, ordinary wear, a gravel driveway, or a long carry from the truck to the front door. All of that is part of the per-piece price.
Dust, body oil on recliner arms and headrests, food and coffee spots, pet hair, and most of the musty smell a closed-up house leaves behind generally come out.
The limits: sun fading near a bright window, color bleeding from another fabric, old ink, and urine that soaked into the cushion core are beyond cleaning. Urine needs its own treatment, and you hear which category a spot falls in before anything goes on the bill.
Recliners that have been sat in nightly for many winters often have fabric worn thin at the arms. Cleaning gets them clean but cannot rebuild worn fabric, and we say so at the start.

A sofa and two large recliners come to $246.50 online. Swap the sofa for a loveseat and it is $221.
The week before you head north is better than the week you get back. Fabric that goes into a hot, shut house clean comes out of it in far better shape than fabric that sat dirty all summer.
Yes, as an add-on. A leather recliner is $150 online to clean and $85 to condition. Dry desert air pulls oil out of leather quickly, so we recommend it.
Yes. A sleeper sofa is $178.50 online and a futon or daybed is $93.50.
Every 12 to 24 months suits most homes. With dogs on the furniture, the shorter end makes more sense.
No. It comes off the cleaning only, and add-on amounts stay the same however you book.
