Most people book this while we are already there for carpet or upholstery, which is the efficient way to handle it.
If there is an active bed bug infestation we will not clean the mattress, at any price. Cleaning does not treat bed bugs, they live in the frame, the baseboards, and the walls, and no extraction reaches that. Get it treated by pest control first and then call us, and we will clean the mattress once it is handled. Same goes for fleas or any other active infestation: pest control first, cleaning after.
Usually a few hours. Our suction beats most truck mounts, so the moisture comes back out instead of sinking into the foam. We still say within 24 hours to be safe. The 24 hours is on purpose, because we are not putting more moisture into a mattress than it can release, and different covers and foams give it up at different rates. Book a morning slot and it has the whole day. Open a window, run the ceiling fan, and pull the covers back instead of making the bed. Ask and we will set one of our commercial air movers on it before we go.
Most mattresses come out noticeably cleaner and fresher. That is the normal result, and we do this every week.
We do not call a stain permanent until we have worked it with what a mattress can safely take, without the saturation that puts moisture where it cannot dry. Old urine in the core, dye transfer, and anything already set with the wrong product are not coming out, and we say so before we start.
You spend about a third of your life on it, breathing into it, and most mattresses in Apache Junction have never been cleaned once.
Dust mites live on what collects in the top layers, and their waste is one of the most common indoor allergy triggers. Add pets on the bed, the occasional spill, and years of use, and the surface holds more than most people want to picture.
None of that is visible, which is exactly why it gets ignored. A mattress can look clean and still be the dirtiest soft surface in the house.
A mattress is thick foam and padding that cannot be extracted the way carpet can, so the risk is leaving moisture behind where it cannot dry. That is how you get a musty smell or worse a week later.
We use controlled moisture and strong extraction, then leave airflow on it. If a mattress cannot be dried properly in your conditions, we tell you that instead of soaking it and leaving.
Eight hours a night, every night, for years. Here is where it ends up, top layer down.
Why we keep the moisture down. A mattress cannot be lifted, flipped, or hung to dry like a rug can. We work the top layers with an upholstery tool, pull back what we put in, and stop there.
Book a morning slot if you can. That gives it the whole day with the air moving before anyone sleeps on it. We will not oversaturate it either way, and we will tell you what to expect before we start.

This is the service people are most self-conscious about and the one with the least reason to be. Every mattress holds sweat, skin, and body oils. That is not a hygiene failure, it is eight hours a night for years.
Strip the bed, leave it, and let us handle it. We are not going to say anything about what we find, because we have found it before.
We use Decon 30, a botanical, EPA-registered disinfectant, applied with a fogger rather than a pump sprayer. It lands as a fine, high-power mist across the surface and settles through the room, so nothing gets soaked. On a mattress that matters more than anywhere, because a soaked mattress cannot dry properly.
Cleaning lifts the soil. The sanitizing treatment adds a botanical fog over the surface that knocks out odor at the source, and it is the reason most people book this in the first place. It is priced per mattress and it is optional, like every add-on we offer.
Urine on a mattress soaks deep, and surface cleaning will not touch the source of the odor. Pet urine treatment is a pre-treatment priced by severity, and we are straight with you about the odds. A soaked-through mattress may not be worth saving, and we will say so before you pay for a treatment that cannot fix it.
A lot of Apache Junction homes close up for the hot months. A mattress left in a shut, heated bedroom from spring to fall holds onto sweat, skin, and pet residue from the season before, and the fine dust that works its way inside settles right on top of it.
If you are coming back in the fall, or family is flying in for the holidays, book the mattress a few days ahead. That gives it time to dry fully and air out before anyone sleeps on it.
Deep cleaned with controlled moisture. Never soaked.

Deodorizer is for smell: it knocks out odor and leaves a clean floral scent. Sanitizing is for the surface: Decon 30, a hospital-grade botanical disinfectant, misted over it. A lot of people add both, since one treats the surface and the other leaves it smelling fresh.
Twin or twin XL from $110.50 online, queen $153 online, and king or California king $187 online. Most people add a mattress to a carpet or upholstery job.
Yes. Please take off the sheets, covers, and pillows before we arrive, and we take it from there.
Usually a few hours, and within 24 hours even in slow cases, because we never oversaturate it. We use controlled moisture and strong extraction rather than soaking it, because a mattress cannot be extracted the way carpet can. Plan to put bedding back on that evening, not right away.
The cleaning removes the dead skin and dust they feed on, which is the part that actually helps. It is priced per mattress.
Sometimes. Urine soaks deep into foam, and a pre-treatment priced by severity addresses what it can reach. If a mattress is soaked through we will tell you it is not worth the money rather than take it.
Yes. Memory foam, hybrid, innerspring, and pillow top are all fine with a low-moisture process. What is not fine is a heavy soaking, which is exactly what we avoid.
Most mattresses today are single sided, so there is nothing to clean underneath. If yours flips, we can do both, but it needs the drying time before you put bedding back.
If spills or accidents are likely, yes, and it is a good fit for a guest bed the grandkids use when they visit. It helps shield the top from future stains: $25 for a twin, $35 queen, and $45 king.
