Desert sun and bone-dry air pull the life out of leather faster here than almost anywhere. We lift out the body oil and grime, and we can condition the hide afterward so it stays soft instead of turning stiff.
Serving Ahwatukee, Apache Junction, Chandler, Gilbert, Goodyear, Maricopa, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Sun Lakes, and Tempe.
The difference between a cleaning and a good cleaning is time. We take ours.

Leather is skin, and skin needs some moisture to stay flexible. Our air rarely gives it any. Months of single-digit humidity slowly draw the natural oils out of the hide, and the AC running all summer dries the room even further.
Then there is the light. Afternoon sun through a west-facing window bakes one end of a couch while the other end stays shaded, so color and texture start to drift apart. Add the body oil and sunscreen that soak into headrests and arms every day, and the surface turns tacky, dark and stiff in the spots you touch most.
None of that happens overnight, which is why most people don't notice until a seam looks dry or a cushion front starts to crease. A little routine care goes a long way:

Not all leather is finished the same way, and the finish decides how it should be cleaned. Before we start, we test a hidden spot to confirm how the surface reacts.
On smooth leather, the cleaning uses a pH-balanced product made for hides. Any cleaning removes some oil, so if you add conditioning, we apply it right after to put moisture back where the dry air took it. Leather is ready to sit on almost right away.

Cleaning prices below are online prices. Conditioning is a separate per-piece add-on, optional but highly recommended in Arizona heat.
A few common setups across the Valley:
Apache Junction visits have a $350 minimum, and Goodyear, Maricopa and San Tan Valley have a $500 minimum.
Here is where we like to be straight with you before we ever show up. Cleaning removes what sits on and in the surface. It does not rebuild leather that has already broken down.
Usually improves: body oil, everyday grime, darkened headrests and arm tops (these generally lighten noticeably), and blue-jean dye transfer, which often fades a lot.
Not fixed by cleaning: cracks, peeling, worn-through color, sun-faded dye, tears, and scratches that cut into the hide. We don't repair, recolor or re-dye leather. If a piece needs that kind of work, we'll tell you so you can decide whether cleaning still makes sense for it.

Yes. We clean the leather and work carefully around the motor, buttons and cords. We don't service the mechanism itself.
For quick touch-ups between visits, a product made for leather is fine. Avoid all-purpose cleaners, baby wipes and anything with alcohol, which strip oils and can dull the finish.
Yes. Vinyl and bonded or faux leather are cleaned like smooth leather.
We don't recommend it. Kitchen oils can darken leather unevenly and turn sticky or rancid over time. Use a product made for leather.
Our own in-house crew, never subcontractors. We're locally owned and fully insured.
