Seasonal households in Mesa often add deodorizer when they clean before leaving for the summer. That, along with leather conditioning, fabric protectant, sanitizing, and pet treatment, is priced per piece and listed apart from the cleaning.

Dobson Ranch sofa and loveseat that have never been cleaned. $229.50 online, $270 regular. Pieces that have gone that long take more time, and the range on the quote covers that.

Superstition Springs loveseat and a glider rocker. $148.75 online, just under the $150 minimum, so it would be a $150 stop. Adding the ottoman brings it to $187, which is the better deal.
Red Mountain Ranch patio loveseat and two patio lounge chairs. $175.10 online, $206 regular. Patio pieces run a little higher than the same piece indoors.
Size. A three-cushion sofa is $127.50. Longer sofas, chaise sections, and oversized loungers are priced as bigger pieces, and you see that number in the quote before anyone shows up.
Fabric. Most Mesa furniture cleans with water. Older pieces sometimes carry a solvent-only S code, and those cost more because the process changes. We check the tag before we start on anything.
Time sitting closed up. A sofa that spent five months in a closed house through a Mesa summer usually has odor that has settled in, and getting that out can take longer than a sofa that was used every week.
What does not change the price: pet hair, ordinary body soil, a second story, or the drive out to Eastmark or Las Sendas. Those are all part of the per-piece price.
Soil, body oil on the arms and headrests, most food and drink spots, and the stale smell a piece picks up over a closed-up summer usually come out. Pet hair and most surface pet odor come out as well.
The limits: fading from years of afternoon sun, dye bleeding from a blanket, set-in ink, and urine that went through to the foam are not things cleaning reverses. The last one needs treatment, and we tell you which you have before anything is charged.
On older Dobson Ranch furniture, worn or pilled fabric is common. That is wear, and cleaning will make it cleaner without making it look new. We tell you that ahead of time.
