Queen Creek has the newest homes in the Valley and a lot of newer, oversized furniture in them. Here is what cleaning it costs, and when protectant is worth adding.

Prices shown are our online rates, 15% off regular when you book online.
Protectant is the add-on we recommend most often in Queen Creek, because so much of the furniture is still in good shape. It sits on its own line per piece, the same as leather conditioning, deodorizer, sanitizing, and pet treatment.
Cortina sectional and a deep-seat lounger. $372.30 online, $438 regular. Big floor plans here tend to come with a big sectional and an oversized chair next to it.
Hastings Farms sofa and loveseat with protectant on both. $229.50 online for the cleaning, plus $79 protectant on the sofa and $50 on the loveseat. $358.50 total.
A two-year-old sectional, cleaned and protected. $297.50 online plus $120 for protectant, so $417.50. On fabric that is still in good shape, that is money well spent.
Patio sectional off the back patio. $321.30 online, $378 regular. Dust off the open desert settles into outdoor cushions fast.
Eight dining chairs and a loveseat. $204 online, $240 regular. The chairs alone would be $102 online and fall under the $150 minimum, so the loveseat rides along.
Size. $127.50 is a standard three-cushion sofa. A sectional is $350 regular whatever its size, and extra pieces like a chaise section or a deep-seat lounger are priced on their own.
Dust load. Homes near open desert and active construction get more fine dust in the furniture than a built-out neighborhood. It is the same price list, but a dusty piece can take more passes to run clean.
Fabric. Most newer furniture is water-cleanable. If a piece carries a solvent-only S code, it costs more because the process changes, and we check the tag before starting.
What does not change the price: pet hair, normal family soil, a long drive out to Queen Creek, or a two-story floor plan. All of that is included.
Fine dust, body oil, everyday food and drink spots, and pet hair come out of newer fabric well. On a piece only a few years old, results are usually close to how it looked new.
The limits: sun fading on patio cushions, dye transfer, set ink, and pet urine that reached the foam are not cleaning problems. We tell you which ones you have before you pay.
Protectant does not make fabric stain-proof. It buys time to blot a spill before it soaks in, which is why it makes more sense on a newer piece than on an older one.

A sectional is $297.50 online and $350 regular, any size. A standard sofa is $127.50 online. There is a $150 minimum per visit.
On newer furniture, usually yes. It protects fiber that is still in good shape. On older pieces we often do not recommend it, since it would seal in what is already there.
It is priced per piece: $120 for a sectional, $79 for a sofa, $50 for a loveseat or large chair, and $15 for a dining chair.
No. The per-piece prices are the same in Queen Creek as everywhere else in our core cities.
A patio sectional is $321.30 online and $378 regular.
The 15 percent online discount applies to the cleaning. Protectant and the other add-ons are flat per-piece prices.
Dining chairs are $12.75 each online, so most chair-only orders land under the $150 minimum. Adding a loveseat or sofa is usually the better use of the visit.
“They did our commercial upholstery cleaning in Chandler & killed it. Lots of white chairs with spray tans & dirty spots and they got it all out.”
“Pfaff were amazing! Our sectional looks brand new and with a big dog in the house that says a lot! They were very communicative and informed us of all our options!”
