Surprise, AZ. A locally owned Arizona company.
✓ Surprise visits have a $750 minimum, counted once for the whole visit rather than per service.
Every supply vent and return is cleaned, and since you count them before booking, the price is settled before we pull up. Registers are sealed off while we work, so the loosened dust stays in the system.
The outdoor condenser gets a gentle back-rinse through the fins, never a pressure washer, and the evaporator coil inside gets a self-rinsing foam. Daylight through the fins is how you know the outdoor coil is clean.
Entry and kitchen paths get scrubbed down into the joints and rinsed clean, with a clear or color seal available afterward. Sealed grout lets the next round of tracked-in sand mop right up.
Spots we treated that come back within 14 days get re-treated at no charge.
