We do upholstery cleaning in Surprise all the time.
Every sofa, recliner, and patio cushion in Surprise is cleaned by its fabric code, low-moisture for delicate weaves and hot water extraction for sturdy ones. Tap your pieces into the box below and text the total to book, or call (480) 389-8415, seven days, 7am to 8pm.
The difference between a cleaning and a good cleaning is time. We take ours.
Price it yourselfSurprise furniture works hard. Lift chairs and recliners in Sun City Grand living rooms get sat in every afternoon, and sectionals in Marley Park and Greer Ranch family rooms absorb movie nights, snacks, and the dog. Each piece is cleaned on its own terms, matched to its fabric.
Pfaff Cleaning Co. is a locally owned business, and an owner is involved on every job. Our main upholstery cleaning page has the complete method and the cities we cover.

Leather pieces get a pH-matched leather cleaner, never a fabric shampoo. Because cleaning lifts out some of the natural oils, we strongly suggest adding conditioning, especially in a house where afternoon sun reaches the couch.
“We had a top to bottom cleaning today, Upholstery Cleaning, Area Rug Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning and Pet treatment …”
“Pfaff were amazing! Our sectional looks brand new and with a big dog in the house that says a lot! They were very communicative and informed us of all our options!”
“Very professional and do amazing work. My furniture looks amazing.”
On fabric that can take it, we use hot water extraction, what most people call steam cleaning.
Fabric protectant, deodorizer, and pet treatment are available as extras, and pet treatment is a dedicated enzyme step, not a squirt of something during the regular clean.
At $60, the sofa gets wiped. A damp tool skims the surface, grabs a little loose dust, and never reaches the soil sitting down in the foam and along the seams.
So the stain reappears. As the cushion dries, moisture wicks upward and brings the old spot with it, usually inside of two weeks, often with the smell attached. It was spread out and left behind, never removed.
For $127.50 online, $150 regular, we clean all of it: seat and back cushions, both arms, the outside back, the piping, and the platform beneath the seat cushions. The product suits the fiber, sits long enough to work, and then gets extracted, pulling soil up and away from the foam.
Testing comes first because a harsh product on a sensitive fabric can brown it or pull the dye, and no second cleaning fixes that.
Pieces from Pfaff jobs in a range of Valley homes.

Most fabric is ready to sit on within the hour. Our Rotovac Monsoon pulls harder suction than a lot of truck-mounted rigs, so the water leaves with the soil rather than sinking into the foam. The tank gets filled with hot water from your sink, the machine sits on drop cloths, and up to 200 feet of hose reaches the rooms farthest from it. Foam, fiberfill, and fabric each release water on their own schedule, so some pieces take a little longer.
Most pieces come back looking well kept. We clean these fabrics week in and week out, and we know their limits.
Before we write a stain off, it gets real work: a second and third professional chemistry plus added agitation, always within what the fabric code allows. Sun fade, dye loss, and spots already locked in by a household cleaner are damage rather than dirt, and cleaning cannot reverse damage. We sort that out with you before starting, so the result is no surprise.

Our truck carries a low-profile Syclone and a few Dri-Pod 360s. Ask, and one stays running across the furniture after we pack up, which shortens the wait noticeably.
Moving air does the rest. An open window, a ceiling fan on high, and the HVAC fan switched from AUTO to ON will dry a room far faster than closed doors and still air. We give you a realistic timeline for your home before we go.
These are everywhere in Surprise's 55+ neighborhoods, and they take more care than a plain sofa. We keep moisture well away from the motor and wiring and work the fabric around the mechanism by hand. The arms, headrest, and the seat edge where hands push off are usually where the soil sits.
Recliners, lift chairs, sofas, loveseats, sectionals, ottomans, accent and dining chairs, upholstered headboards, and pillows, in fabric or leather, indoors or out on the patio.
Sunscreen and lotion on recliner arms, dog and cat accidents, spilled coffee or merlot, kitchen grease, pen ink, and old smoke smell are the regulars. The fabric decides how aggressive we can be, more than the stain does.
Out on the northwest edge of the Valley, Surprise borders farm fields and open desert, and storm winds blow that fine soil through screens and door gaps. Nobody vacuums a couch as often as the floor, so that grit stays put in the weave. Combined with hand and hair oils where people rest their arms and heads, it gradually turns the fabric a shade darker.
Retired households in Sun City Grand and Arizona Traditions tend to keep good furniture for a long time and use the same chair every day. Younger families in Surprise Farms, Sierra Montana, and Asante put their wear on one big sectional and a set of kitchen stools.
Backyards in Surprise get a lot of use from October through April. Patio cushions, chaise loungers, and umbrella canopies collect dust, pollen, and sunscreen, and the box above has a patio switch so they can go on the same quote as the indoor pieces.
Your fabric picks the method. We do not use one setting for everything.
Our own team has done every Pfaff job, with no outside crews. We hold a 5.0 rating on Google.

Code S means solvent cleaning only, and code X means vacuum only. We tell you up front what we can safely do with those pieces instead of risking the fabric, and most other residential fabrics plus leather are fine to clean. Dry clean only (S code) pieces, along with silk and velvet, may cost more, and we confirm the price before we start.
Yes, fabric or leather. A fabric recliner or lift chair is $91.80 online. A leather one is $150 to clean, plus $85 if you add conditioning.
Often a lot of it, with an enzyme treatment that is given time to work before the cleaning. Urine that has soaked through to the foam core or the padding on the frame is a tougher job, and you will know which situation you have before we begin.
