Benefect Decon 30, EPA Reg. No. 84683-3-74771. A botanical one-step disinfectant powered by thymol, derived from thyme oil, instead of bleach or quats. It is EPA-registered as a hospital-grade disinfectant, and approved as a food-contact surface sanitizer with no rinsing required. No rinsing, no wiping it off prep surfaces, and no chemical smell for staff or customers to walk into the next morning.

We follow the label for dwell time and we do not wipe anything down afterward, because wiping it off is what stops it working. Fogging reaches what a rag and a spray bottle never touch.
