Leather pieces get a pH-matched leather cleaner, never a fabric shampoo. Because cleaning lifts out some of the natural oils, we strongly suggest adding conditioning, especially in a house where afternoon sun reaches the couch.

Chairs are where most people second-guess the calculator. A recliner or a full-size armchair is the $91.80 line. A glider or rocker is $46.75. An oversized lounger with thick seat and back cushions is $74.80, since there is a lot more padding to rinse.
Outdoor chairs have their own lines in the patio section of the calculator, so a patio recliner is $64.60 and a patio lounge chair is $32.30.
Every line is one piece. The flat add-ons, from protectant to pet treatment, do not change with the online rate.
A lot of Sun City Grand and Arizona Traditions homes sit closed through the summer. Covered or not, furniture in a shut house picks up the fine dust that works in around doors, and it gets sat on the minute everyone is back.
Booking a week or two after you return gives the house time to air out first, and it lands before the guests and holidays do. Gliders, recliners, and dining chairs are usually the pieces that need it most.

Surprise is outside our core service area. The minimum pays for the drive and the part of the day the trip takes, and no travel fee is charged on top.
